Claims (13)
- 용융된 액상의 NMMO 수화물 용매를 급냉하여 융점이하로 과냉각시키는 단계, 및상기 과냉각 액상 NMMO 수화물 용매에 셀룰로오스 펄프 분말을 혼합하여 팽윤시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 NMMO 수화물 용매를 이용한 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 과냉각공정은 액상 NMMO 수화물 용매의 분사 스트림에 냉각공기를 분사하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 NMMO 수화물 용매는 함수율이 8∼18중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 NMMO 수화물 용매는 함수율이 8∼14중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 과냉각 액상 NMMO 수화물 용매는 65℃이하의 온도로 급냉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 과냉각 액상 NMMO 수화물 용매는 50℃이하의 온도로 급냉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 과냉각 액상 NMMO 수화물 용매는 20℃/분 이상의 속도로 급냉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 과냉각 액상 NMMO 수화물 용매는 60℃/분 이상의 속도로 급냉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 과냉각 액상 NMMO 수화물 용매에 혼합되는 셀룰로오스 펄프분말의 온도는 실온∼50℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 과냉각 액상 NMMO 수화물 용매에 혼합되는 셀룰로오스 펄프분말의 온도는 실온∼40℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 펄프분말의 직경은 1000㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 펄프분말의 겉보기 비중은 0.1∼0.5의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 과냉각 액상 NMMO 수화물 용매와 펄프분말의 혼합 및 팽윤공정은 실온∼65℃의 범위에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
