Claims (20)
- 유체를 위한 용기의 출구, 입구 또는 출입구인 1개 이상의 도관(21, 22)에 연결되어 있는 제1의 신축 용기(38)의 내용액을 계량하도록 된 계량 장치(37)를 구비하는 복막 투석을 실행하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 용기(38)를 포위하도록 배치되어 자신과 용기 사이에 공간을 형성하는 케이스(50)와, 상기 용기에 압력을 가하여 그것을 비우도록 배치된 압력 장치(55, 56, 57)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(50)는 상기 도관(21, 22)을 케이스를 통해 도입하기 위한 도입 장치(53)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기(38)에 압력을 가하여 그것을 비우기 위해, 상기 케이스(50)는 케이스와 용기 사이의 폐쇄되어 있는 공간 내에 초과 압력을 생성시키는 장치(55, 56, 57)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(50)는 비신축성이고, 상기 용기에 상기 유체를 충전시키도록 상기 케이스와 상기 용기 사이의 공간에 부족 압력-및 생성시키는 장치(55, 56, 57)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 초과 압력 또는 부족 압력이 상기 공간에 배치된 압력 매질에 우세하게 존재하고, 상기 압력 매질은 기체인 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 초과 압력 또는 부족 압력이 상기 공간에 배치된 압력 매질에 우세하게 존재하고, 상기 압력 매질은 액체인 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(50)는 하부분과, 하부분으로부터 접힐 수 있고 분리될 수 있는 상부분(51)을 구비하며, 이들 부분은 밀봉 장치(52)에 의해 서로에 대해 밀봉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 케이스를 통과하는 상기 도관을 밀봉 상태로 도입하기 위한 수단(53)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(50)는 사용된 유체의 흡입, 토출 또는 흡입 토출용 도관이 설치된 제2의 신축 용기(42)를 수용하도록 구성되며, 이것에 의해 상기 제1의 용기(38)는 신선한 유체를 위해 사용되도록 의도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.

- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 장치는 출력 압력이 원심 펌프와 같이 그 순환속도에 의존하는 펌프(57)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 각각 주위 대기에 대해 초과 압력과 부족 압력 상태에 있는 기체를 포함하는 2개의 압력 챔버(60, 61)와, 상기 압력 챔버 중의 하나와 케이스를 선택적으로 연결하여 압력을 조절하기 위한 밸브(62)와, 이 밸브(62)를 조절하기 위한 압력 센서(66)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.

- 제14항에 있어서, 케이스 내의 압력과 주위 대기압과의 차가 +0.3 내지 -0.3 바아와 같은 예정된 한도 내에 있는 것을 보증하기 위해 케이스와 연결된 압력 보정 밸브(67, 68)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 장치(76)의 진동을 감쇠하기 위한 완충 장치(77, 78)와, 상기 펌프 장치의 소음 레벨을 저감시키기 위한 소음 장치(74)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 케이스 내의 압력과 주위 대기압과의 차가 +0.3 내지 -0.3 바아와 같은 예정된 한도 내에 있는 것을 보증하기 위해 케이스와 연결된 압력 보정 밸브(67, 68)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복막 투석 장치.
