Claims (4)
- 알칼리 이용해성의 공중합 폴리에스테르를 해성분으로 사용하고 주반복단위가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트인 폴리에스테르를 도성분으로 사용하여 방사 직접 연신 방식으로 제조된 해도형 복합섬유에 있어서, 아래 물성을 동시에 충족시킴을 특징으로 하는 해도형 복합섬유.- 아 래 -5℃ ≤ 도성분 연화점(Tmi)-해성분 연화점(Tms) ≤15℃235℃ ≤ 해성분 연화점(Tms) ≤245℃2.0중량% ≤ 해성분내 디에틸렌글리콜(DEG) 함량(주원료인 테레프탈산 또는 그의 에스테르 유도체 대비) ≤4.5중량%
- 1항에 있어서, 해성분 용출전의 단사섬도가 2∼5데니어 이고 해성분 용출후의 단사섬도가 0.001∼0.3데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 해도형 복합섬유.
- 1항에 있어서, 해도형 복합섬유의 총섬도가 50∼100데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 해도형 복합섬유.
- 1항의 해도형 복합섬유로 제조된 경편지.
