Claims (24)
- 각각 제1 말단을 갖는 한 쌍의 전기 전도성 부분(a),전기 전도성 부분의 제1 말단들 사이에 위치하여 제1 말단들 각각에 전기적으로 연결되어 있으며 전기 경로 길이가 0.5cm 미만이고 질화알루미늄, 질화붕소, 질화규소 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 전기 절연재(i) 50 내지 75용량%, 탄화규소, 탄화붕소 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 반도체 물질(ii) 10 내지 45용량% 및 이규화몰리브덴, 이규화텅스텐, 탄화텅스텐, 질화티탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 금속성 전도체(iii) 8.5 내지 14용량%를 포함하는 조성물을 갖는 제1 전기 저항 물질을 포함하는 전기 저항성 핫 존(hot zone)(b) 및핫 존과 접촉하고 있는 비전기전도성 히트 싱크 물질(heat sink material)(c)을 포함하는 세라믹 점화기.
