Abstract

Claims (3)
- 혼합방사 혹은 복합방사법에 따라 극세피브릴성분에 무기안료가 용융혼합된 원착극세사를 제조하고, 이를 단섬유화하여 부직포로 제조한후 칼라피그먼트와 혼합된 폴리우레탄 탄성체 용액에 함침처리및 초극세섬유의 분산성분을 제거한 후 함금속염료로 염색하는것을 특징으로하는 부직포 인공피혁의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 무기안료는 그 입자 크기가 0.1㎛ 이하이고 폴리머에 대하여 0.1% 내지 5중량% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 인공피혁의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,폴리우레탄과 혼합된 칼라피그먼트는 부직포에 대해 0.1% 내지 10중량% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 인공피혁의 제조방법
