Claims (3)
- 에르븀이 도우프 된 증폭매체로서의 제1 광섬유와,1,520nm에서 1,530nm 까지의 흡수대역을 가지며, 상기 제1 광섬유 사이에 접속되어 상기 흡수대역의 광신호를 흡수하는 사마륨이 도우프 된 제2 광섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 증폭기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 광섬유의 앞단은 파장분할다중(WDM)과 접속되어 있고, 상기 제1 광섬유의 뒷단은 출력단과 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 증폭기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파장분할다중은 입력단 및 펌핑용 레이저 다이오드와 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 증폭기.
