Claims (4)
- 고주파용 Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3유전체 세라믹 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,BaCO3, Ta2O3및 ZnO 분말을 주원료로 하여 이들을 혼합하여 Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3의 소성분말을 합성하는 단계,상기 Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3소성 분말에 Al2O3, Ga2O3, ZrO2, TiO2, SnO2분말중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 산화물을 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계,상기 혼합물을 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3유전체 세라믹 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 Al2O3및 Ga2O3의 첨가량은 전체 조성물에 대하여 0.7∼1.0몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3유전체 세라믹 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 TiO2,ZrO2및 SnO2의 첨가량은 전체 조성물에 대하여 1.5∼2.0몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3유전체 세라믹 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소결단계는 1,500∼1,550℃의 온도 범위에서 10시간 이하 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3유전체 세라믹 조성물의 제조방법.
