- 지방족 글리시딜에테르변성 (C12∼C14) 비스페놀A형 수지 [에폭시 당량 190∼210(g/eq), 점도 500∼700 (cps at 25℃), 잔류염소량 0.05 (wt. %) 이하, 색상 (가드너) 0.5이하, 비중 (20/20℃) 1.14] 40~60중량%에 옥분말 [연옥 입도가 300∼500메쉬, 순도가 97% 이상, 수분 함유량이 0.1% 이하, FT-IR 스펙트럼을 이용한 흑체대비 방사율 (5∼20㎛) 0.93, 방사에너지 (W/㎡, ㎛, 40℃) 3.74×102, 경도가 6∼6.5 화학조성이 SiO245.6%, Fe2O30.2%, CaO 3.59%, MgO 38.78%, K2O 0.1%, Na2O 0.20%, 강열감량 11.0%] 10∼40중량%,착색제로서 무독성 안료 (이산화티탄늄루틸형, 산화크롬, 산화철레드, 산화철그린, 산화철옐로우, 산화철흑색, 바이오렛, 시아닌그린, 시아닌부루) 5∼20중량%,원적외선 복사체 [화학조성 SiO2, Al2O3, FT-IR 스펙트럼을 이용한 흑체대비 방사율 (5∼20㎛) 0.92, 방사에너지 (w/㎡, ㎛, 40℃) 3.70×102] 3∼5 중량%,무독성무기항균제 (평균 입도 2.5㎛ 화학성분 SiO2, Al2O3, Zn, Ag) 0.1∼1중량%,침강방지제 (벤톤 #38) 0.2∼1중량%, 분산제 (산성 그룹을 가진 공중합체용액) 0.5∼1중량%를 사용하여 제조된 옥을 이용한 기능성 에폭시도료 주제 제조 방법
