Claims (3)
- 흑연이 일부 함유되는 부정형 캐스타블 내화물에 있어서,상기 흑연은 표면이 친수성 계면활성제로 피복된 입경 0.1mm이하의 미립흑연, 표면에 수지를 피복하여 입경 0.1-1mm로 조립화한 중립흑연 및 입경 1~5mm인 알루미나질 흑연함유 폐내화물의 형태로 함유되며, 이때, 상기 미립흑연은 1-5중량%, 상기 중립흑연은 1-10중량%, 그리고 그 첨가되는 흑연의 함량이 1~5중량%가 되도록 상기 흑연함유 폐내화물은 5-30중량%의 함량으로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연함유 캐스타블 내화물
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 계면활성 처리시 사용되는 계면활성제는 글리콜산 소다, 나프탈렌 술폰산소다, 알킬벤젠 술폰산소다로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 흑연함유 캐스타블 내화물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수지는 페놀수지, 프란수지, 키시렌수지, 멜라민수지 및 아크릴수지로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 흑연함유 캐스타블 내화물.
