Claims (3)
- 아스팔트가 포함된 폴리우레탄 폼의 제조에 있어서,스트레이트아스팔트를 공기취입한 침입도 30 내지 40정도의 블로운아스팔트와 탄소수가 C5내지 C10범위의 탄화수소계 용매가 20 내지 30 : 70 내지 80 중량비로 약 20 내지 30℃의 상온에서 혼합 교반하여 아스팔트용액을 제조하는 과정과;분자량 4500 내지 5500 범위의 폴리프로필렌폴리올을 주성분으로 하고 촉매 정포제 등의 첨가제가 함유된 폴리올을 준비하는 과정과;상기 폴리올 100중량비에 대하여 30 내지 40 중량비의 아스팔트용액을 약 20 내지 30℃ 상온에서 교반 혼합하여 아스팔트폴리올을 제조하는 과정; 그리고상기 아스팔트폴리올 100중량비에 대하여 20 내지 40 중량비의 이소시아네이트를 투입하여 4000 내지 5000알피엠으로 고속 교반하여 발포시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연, 방염성을 구비한 폴리우레탄폼의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리올은 에틸렌옥사이드가 10 내지 15 중량비 포함되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 난연, 방염성을 구비한 폴리우레탄폼의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 폴리올은 탄산칼슘이 10 내지 20중량비 포함되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 난연, 방염성을 구비한 폴리우레탄폼의 제조방법.
