Claims (16)
- 용매를 5중량% 미만 함유하고, 열 중합 또는 열 가교결합시킬 수 있는 성분으로 형성된 기재 시스템[여기서, 기재 시스템은 분자량(molecular mass)이 750 미만이고 반응성 에폭시 관능기를 갖는 성분을 6 내지 100중량% 포함한다]을 함유하는, 점도 400cP 이하의 용액을 포함하는 호제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재 시스템이 반응성 에폭시 관능기, 반응성 하이드록시 관능기 및 반응성 비닐 에테르 관능기로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 성분을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 커플링제를 0 내지 20중량%의 비율로 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필름 형성제를 0 내지 15중량%의 비율로 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 텍스타일제를 0 내지 15중량%의 비율로 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 루이스 산 또는 염기 열 개시제를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 다이 플레이트의 저부에 배열되어 있는 오리피스로부터 흘러나오는 용융된 유리 스트림을 연속적인 필라멘트의 팬 형태로 연신시키고, 필라멘트를 섬유로 집속시킨 다음, 이동 지지체 위에서 수집하는 단계를 포함하고, 이때 연신작업중 필라멘트를 섬유로 집속시키기 전에 필라멘트의 표면에 제1항에 따르는 호제 조성물을 부착시킴을 특징으로 하는, 호제 처리된 유리 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 섬유가 롤의 형태로 회전 지지체 위에서 수집됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 필라멘트를 집속시킨 후에 수득한 호제 처리된 섬유가 이를 연신시키는데 사용되는 부재에 의해서 방출되는 섬유의 방향을 가로질러 이동하는 수집 표면으로 방출됨으로써, 교락된 연속 섬유의 시트가 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 필라멘트를 집속시킨 후에 수득한 호제 처리된 섬유가 이를 연신시키는데 사용되는 부재에 의해서 수집 전에 절단됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 호제 조성물이 조성물로 피복된 섬유를 수집하는 동안 또는 수집 후에 루이스 산 또는 염기 열 개시제의 존재하에 열 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수집된 호제 처리된 섬유 전체를 열 처리하기 전에, 강화시키고자 하는 유기 물질과 접촉시킴으로써 복합재를 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 섬유를 형성하는 필라멘트가 중합되지 않고 가교결합되지 않은 제1항에 따르는 호제 조성물로 균일하게 피복되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 호제 처리된 유리 섬유.
- 섬유를 형성하는 필라멘트가 중합 또는 가교결합된 호제 조성물로 균일하게 피복되며 섬유가 제11항에 따르는 방법으로 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 호제 처리된 유리 섬유.
- 유기 물질, 무기 물질 또는 이들 둘 다와 호제 처리된 유리 섬유를 포함하는 복합재로서, 제13항에 따르는 호제 처리된 유리 섬유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 유기 물질, 무기 물질 또는 이들 둘 다와 호제 처리된 유리 섬유를 포함하는 복합재로서, 제14항에 따르는 호제 처리된 유리 섬유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
