Claims (12)
- 디젤 내연기관에서의 연료 정량주입을 제어하기 위한 전자기적 부하 제어 장치로서, 상기 전자기적 부하는 스위칭 수단과 직렬로 접속되는, 전자기적 부하 제어 장치에 있어서,제어 동작 신호를 발생시키는 수단과,상기 스위칭 수단에 제어 동작 신호를 제공하는 수단과,제어 동작 신호의 특성 파라미터를 평가하는 수단, 및특성 파라미터의 평가 함수로서 전자기적 부하의 스위칭 시점을 결정하는 수단을 포함하며,상기 스위칭 수단은 제공되는 제어 동작 신호에 반응하여 전자기적 부하를 통해 전류가 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기적 부하 제어 장치.
- 디젤 내연기관에서의 연료 정량주입을 제어하기 위한 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법으로서, 상기 부하는 스위치와 직렬로 접속되어 있는, 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법에 있어서,상기 스위치를 제어하기 위한 제어 동작 신호를 발생시키는 단계와,상기 스위치에 제어 동작 신호를 제공하여 이 신호에 반응하여 전자기적 부하를 통해 전류가 흐르게 하는 단계와,제어 동작 신호의 펄스 길이 및 주기인 특성 파라미터를 평가하는 단계, 및특성 파라미터의 평가 함수로서 전자기적 부하의 스위칭 시점을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법.
- 디젤 내연기관에서의 연료 정량주입을 제어하기 위한 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법으로서, 상기 부하는 스위칭 수단과 직렬로 접속되어 있는, 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법에 있어서,제어 동작 신호를 발생시키는 단계와,상기 스위칭 수단에 제어 동작 신호를 제공하여 이 신호에 반응하여 전자기적 부하를 통해 전류가 흐르게 하는 단계와,제어 동작 신호의 펄스 길이 및 주기인 특성 파라미터를 평가하는 단계, 및특성 파라미터의 평가 함수로서 전자기적 부하의 스위칭 시점을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 시점 결정 단계는 시간 윈도우를 정하는 단계를 부가로 포함하며, 상기 스위칭 시점은 시간 윈도우에서 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 동작 신호 발생 단계는 전류 제어기를 통해 제어 동작 신호를 발생시키며, 전류 제어기는 전자기적 부하를 통과하는 전류를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전자기적 부하는 솔레노이드 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 수단은 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 트랜지스터는 전계 효과 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 시점의 결정 단계는 펄스 길이가 변화할 때 스위칭 시점을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 시점의 결정 단계는 주기가 변화할 때 스위칭 시점을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 시점의 결정 단계는 펄스 길이의 변화가 소정의 역치를 상회할 때 스위칭 시점을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 시점의 결정 단계는 주기의 변화가 소정의 역치를 상회할 때 스위칭 시점을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기적 부하의 제어 방법.
