Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 방열기에서의 방열량을 계측하는 방열량 계측 수단과; 엔진, 변속기, 제동장치 등 발열장치의 발열량을 예측하는 발열량 추정 수단과; 상기 방열량 계측 수단에서 계측된 방열량과 상기 발열량 추정 수단에서 추정된 발열량을 비교하여 열평형 오차량을 구하는 한편 추정된 발열량과 열평형을 이룰 수 있도록 하기 위한 방열량 추종치를 계산하는 열평형 비교수단과; 상기 냉각장치 열평형 비교에 의해 방열장치와 발열장치의 상태변화를 학습하고 적응제어하는 수단과; 상기 열평형 비교수단에서 계산된 방열량 추종치를 방열하도록 냉각팬 구동을 제어하는 냉각팬 제어수단을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방열량 계측 수단은, 온도센서로 방열기 입출구의 냉각수 온도차를 계측하고 엔진회전수로부터 냉각수 유량을 추산하여 방열량을 계측하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서는 반도체 온도센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발열량 추정 수단은 엔진의 발열량 모델, 변속기의 발열량 모델 및 제동장치의 발열량 모델과, 상기 모델의 오차와 미지의 발열량을수용하는 추가발열량 추정기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 엔진의 발열량 모델은 엔진스로틀과 엔진회전수를 입력으로 하여 엔진의 출력과 엔진의 발열량을 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 변속기 발열량 모델은 차량 속도와 엔진 회전수 및 엔진출력을 입력으로 변속효율맵을 구하여 변속기의 발열량을 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제동장치 발열량 모델은 차량속도변화로부터 차량의 운동에너지 변화량을 산출하여 제동장치 발열량을 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 추가발열량 추정기는 냉각장치 열평형에 기초하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 추가발열량 추정기는 뉴로퍼지 방식의 추정기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 추가발열량 추정기는 유전알고리즘 방식의 추정기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 추가발열량 추정기는 칼만 필터 방식의 추정기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각팬 제어수단은 무단속도제어방식으로 냉각팬 구동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각팬 제어수단은 열평형을 고려한 방열량의 예견제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각팬의 구동은 유압구동장치에 의해 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각팬의 구동은 전기모터에 의해 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방열장치 상태변화 적응 수단은 냉각팬의 방열계수를 학습하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발열장치 상태변화 적응 수단은 추가발열량 추정기를 학습하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방열장치와 발열장치의 상태변화를 학습하고 적응제어하는 수단은 학습 결과를 저장하는 수단을 구비하며 상기 학습 결과 저장 수단은 전원이 차단되더라도 반영구적 저장이 가능하고 반복적으로 읽고 쓰기가 가능한 백업용 저장장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 냉각장치.
