Claims (15)
- 회로기판의 주면에 형성된 접속단자와 피접속체의 도체부를 전기적으로 접속하는 복수의 단자핀과, 상기 복수의 단자핀을 구비함과 동시에 접착제에 의해 상기 회로기판에 접착되는 하우징을 갖는 커넥터로서,상기 하우징에는 돌출부가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 돌출부는 상기 회로기판과 함께 상기 접착제를 도포하기 위한 오목부를 형성하고, 상기 오목부는 상기 회로기판의 주면에 평행한 방향에 있어서 상기 회로기판의 외측에 위치하고 있으며, 상기 각 단자핀이 상기 오목부로부터 돌출하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 돌출부는, 직선상의 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 일단부로부터 대략 직각으로 굴곡하는 제1의 굴곡부와, 상기 본체부의 타단부로부터 상기 제1의 굴곡부와 동일 방향으로 굴곡하는 제2의 굴곡부를 갖고 있으며, 이들 제1 및 제2의 굴곡부의 선단면이 상기 회로기판의 끝면에 맞접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 하우징에, 상기 회로기판을 상기 하우징과의 사이에 끼워넣는 탄성체를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 탄성체는, 상기 각 단자핀의 일단부에 형성되며 상기 회로기판의 접속단자부에 맞접하는 제1의 콘택트부를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 각 단자핀의 타단부에는, 상기 피접속체의 도체부에 맞접하며 상기 피접속체를 상기 하우징과의 사이에 탄성력에 의해 끼워넣는 제2의 콘택트부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 각 단자핀은, 상기 제2의 콘택트부의 탄성력에 의해 상기 하우징에 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 회로기판에 형성된 접속단자와 피접속체의 도체부를 전기적으로 접속하는 복수의 단자핀과, 상기 복수의 단자핀을 구비함과 동시에 본체부가 접착제에 의해 상기 회로기판에 접착되며 또한 상기 회로기판에 면하는 장착면을 포함하는 하우징을 갖는 커넥터로서,상기 하우징은, 상기 본체부로부터 장착면에 평행한 방향으로 돌출함과 동시에, 상기 회로기판과 함께 접착제를 별도 수용하여 상기 회로기판에 접합하기 위한 오목부를 형성하는 구멍이 형성된 제 1의 돌출부를 갖고 있고,상기 하우징은, 또한 상기 회로기판을 상기 하우징과의 사이에 끼워넣는 탄성체를 구비하고 있으며,상기 탄성체는, 상기 각 단자핀의 일단부에 형성되며 상기 회로기판의 접속 단자부에 맞접하는 제1의 콘택트부를 구비하고 있고,상기 각 단자핀의 타단부에는, 상기 피접속체의 도체부에 맞접하며 상기 피접속체를 상기 하우징과의 사이에 탄성력에 의해 끼워넣는 제2의 콘택트부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 구멍은, 상기 제1의 돌출부를 관통하고 있으며, 상기 구멍의 일단이 상기 회로기판에 의해 폐쇄되므로서 상기 오목부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 구멍은 긴구멍인 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 하우징은, 상기 제1의 돌출부와는 역의 방향으로 본체부로부터 바깥쪽으로 돌출함과 동시에 구멍이 형성된 제2의 돌출부를 또한 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 각 단자핀은, 상기 제2의 콘택트부의 탄성력에 의해 상기 하우징에 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
