Claims (17)
- 니켈입자의 표면의 일부에 니켈함유 스피넬층을 가지는 니켈복합입자.
- 니켈입자의 표면의 일부에 니켈이외의 금속산화물층 및 니켈입자와 금속산화물층 사이의 계면에 니켈함유 스피넬층을 가지는 니켈복합입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 니켈함유 스피넬은 구성성분으로서 알루미늄산화물, 크롬산화물 및 망간산화물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상 및 니켈산화물을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈복합입자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 니켈함유 스피넬은 구성성분으로서 알루미늄산화물, 크롬산화물 및 망간산화물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상 및 니켈산화물을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈복합입자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 니켈함유 스피넬은 하나 이상의 알칼리토류금속 산화물을 더욱 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈복합입자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 니켈함유 스피넬은 하나 이상의 알칼리토류금속 산화물을 더욱 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈복합입자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 금속산화물층은 알루미늄산화물, 크롬산화물, 망간산화물 및 알칼리토류금속 산화물 및 그의 복합산화물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈복합입자.
- (a) 열분해성의 니켈화합물의 하나 이상과, (b) 니켈과 함께 스피넬을 형성할 수 있는 금속의 열분해성화합물의 하나 이상을 포함하여 구성되는 용액을, 미세한 액체방울로 형성하고; 및그 액체방울을 화합물(a)의 분해온도 및 화합물(b)의 분해온도보다 높은 온도에서 가열함에 의해, 니켈입자를 형성함과 동시에, 니켈입자의 표면부근에 니켈함유 스피넬층을 석출시키는 것을 포함하여 구성되는 제 1 항에 기재된 니켈복합입자의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 니켈과 함께 스피넬을 형성할 수 있는 금속은 알루미늄, 크롬 및 망간으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈복합입자의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 용액은 (c) 알칼리토류금속의 열분해성화합물의 하나 이상을 더욱 함유하고 액체방울을 화합물 (a), (b) 및 (c)의 분해온도보다 높은 온도에서 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈복합입자의 제조방법.
- (a) 열분해성의 니켈화합물의 하나 이상과, (b) 니켈과 함께 스피넬을 형성할 수 있는 금속의 열분해성화합물의 하나 이상을 포함하여 구성되는 용액을, 미세한 액체방울로 형성하고; 및그 액체방울을 화합물(a)의 분해온도 및 화합물(b)의 분해온도보다 높은 온도에서 가열함에 의해, 니켈입자를 형성함과 동시에, 니켈입자의 표면부근에 금속산화물층 및 니켈함유 스피넬층을 석출시키는 것을 포함하여 구성되는 제 2 항에 기재된 니켈복합입자의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 니켈과 함께 스피넬을 형성할 수 있는 금속은 알루미늄, 크롬 및 망간으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈복합입자의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 용액은 (c) 알칼리토류금속의 열분해성화합물의 하나 이상을 더욱 함유하고 액체방울을 화합물 (a), (b) 및 (c)의 분해온도보다 높은 온도에서 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈복합입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 니켈복합입자를 함유하는 도체페이스트.
- 제 2 항에 기재된 니켈복합입자를 함유하는 도체페이스트.
- 도체층은 제 14 항에 기재된 도체페이스트를 사용하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 적층 전자부품.
- 도체층은 제 15 항에 기재된 도체페이스트를 사용하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 적층 전자부품.
