Claims (6)
- 크랭크 케이스의 저압실에 베어링을 통해 회전가능하게 지지된 크랭크축이 회전함으로써, 상기 저압실에 도입한 작동 가스를 압축하고, 소정의 고압으로부터 토출하는 개방형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 크랭크축의 상기 베어링의 축방향 외측에 형성된 샤프트 시일과, 상기 베어링과 상기 샤프트 시일 사이에 설치되고, 상기 샤프트 시일이 형성된 공간을 상기 저압실로부터 구획하여 밀봉실로 하는 칸막이 수단과, 상기 크랭크 케이스에 상기 밀봉실과 연통하여 형성되고, 또한 상기 밀봉실에 윤활제를 공급하기 위한 밀봉실 윤활제 공급 통로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는개방형 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 칸막이 수단은 비접촉형의 래버린스 시일(labyrinth seal)이며, 이 래버린스 시일은 압축기의 운전시에 있어서 상기 밀봉실에 공급된 고압의 윤활제를 상기 저압실에 누출시키는개방형 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 칸막이 수단은 메커니컬 시일 또는 축 시일 등의 밀봉 장치에 누설 통로를 형성한 접촉 시일인개방형 압축기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 크랭크 케이스에 상기 저압실과 연통하여 형성되고, 또한 상기 저압실에 윤활제를 공급하기 위한 저압실 윤활제 공급 통로를 구비하고 있는개방형 압축기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉실, 또는 상기 밀봉실 및 상기 저압실에 윤활제로서의 윤활유를 공급하는 윤활유 공급 수단으로서, 상기 토출된 고압의 작동 가스의 배관에 설치되고, 이 작동 가스로부터 윤활유를 분리하기 위한 오일 분리기와, 이 오일 분리기에 의해 분리된 윤활유를 상기 밀봉실 윤활제 공급 통로에, 또는 상기 밀봉실 윤활제 공급 통로 및 저압실 윤활제 공급 통로에 복귀시키기 위한 윤활유 복귀 배관을 구비하고 있는개방형 압축기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 작동 가스는 이산화탄소인개방형 압축기.
