Claims (5)
- n개의(n은 자연수) 외치가 형성되어 있는 내부 로우터와, 상기 각 외치와 맞물리는 n+1개의 내치가 형성되어 있는 외부 로우터와, 그리고 유체를 흡입하는 흡입포트 및 유체를 배출하는 배출포트가 설치되어 있는 케이스를 구비하고, 로우터가 맞물리고 회전될 경우, 두 로우터의 톱니 표면 사이에 형성된 복수개의 셀의 부피 변화에 따라서 유체를 흡입 또는 배출함으로써 유체를 공급하는 오일 펌프에 사용되는 오일 펌프 로우터에 있어서,내부 로우터의 베이스 원에 외접하고 내부 로우터의 베이스 원을 따라 미끄러지지 않고 회전하는 제1 외부 회전 원에 의해 생성된 에피사이클로이드 곡선에 의해 톱니의 팁의 윤곽이 정해지고, 내부 로우터의 베이스 원에 내접하고 베이스 원을 따라 미끄러지지 않고 회전하는 제1 내부 회전 원에 의해 생성된 하이포사이클로이드에 의해 톱니 공간의 윤곽이 정해지도록 상기 내부 로우터가 설계되고,외부 로우터의 베이스 원에 외접하고 외부 로우터의 베이스 원을 따라 미끄러지지 않고 회전하는 제2 외부 회전 원에 의해 생성된 에피사이클로이드에 의해 톱니 공간의 윤곽이 정해지고 외부 로우터의 베이스 원에 내접하고 외부 로우터의 베이스 원을 따라 미끄러지지 않고 회전하는 제2 내부 회전 원에 의해 생성된 하이포사이클로이드 곡선에 의해 톱니 팁의 윤곽이 정해지도록 상기 외부 로우터가 설계되며, 그리고.상기 내부 및 외부 로우터는, 내부 로우터의 베이스 원, 제1 외부 회전 원,그리고 제1 내부 회전 원의 직경을 각각 bi,Di, 그리고 di로 나타내고, 외부 로우터의 베이스 원, 제2 외부 회전 원, 그리고 제2 내부 회전 원의 직경을 각각 bo,Do, 및 do로 나타내며, 내부 및 외부 로우터의 편심 하중을 e로 나타내는 경우에,bi= n·(Di+ di), bo= (n + 1)·(Do+ do)Di+ di= Do+ do= 2e(n + 1)·bi= n·bo, 및Do>Di, di>do의 관계를 만족하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 펌프 로우터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 및 외부 로우터는 상기 내부 로우터상의 톱니 팁과 상기 외부 로우터상의 톱니 팁 사이의 공간의 크기를 t(단, t는 0이 아님.)로 나타내는 경우에,Di+ t/2 = Do, di- t/2 = do의 관계를 만족하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 펌프 로우터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 및 외부 로우터는,0.850 ≤ Di/Do≤ 0.995의 관계를 만족하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는오일 펌프 로우터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내부 및 외부 로우터는,0.03mm ≤ t ≤ 0.25mm(mm : 밀리미터)의 관계를 만족하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 펌프 로우터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 내부 및 외부 로우터가,0.850 ≤ Di/Do≤ 0.995의 관계를 만족하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 펌프 로우터.
