Claims (5)
- (A) 평균 입경이 0.1∼0.4 ㎛인 고무를 함유하는 고무강화 스티렌계 그라프트 공중합체 수지 15∼40 중량부;(B) 아크릴로니트릴 함량이 25∼35 중량%이고 중량 평균 분자량이 100,000∼130,000인 SAN 수지(b1) 25∼45 중량부 및 아크릴로니트릴 함량이 30∼40 중량%이고 중량 평균 분자량이 80,000∼120,000인 SAN 수지(b2) 35∼65 중량부; 및(C) 상기 기초수지 (A)+(B) 100 중량부에 대하여 에틸렌 비스 지방산 아마이드 3∼10 중량부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 유동성이 개선된 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 공중합체 수지(A)는 고형분을 기준으로 45∼60 중량부를 차지하는 고무 라텍스에 아크릴로니트릴 및 스티렌 단량체로 구성된 그라프트 단량체 혼합물 45∼60 중량부를 그라프팅시킴으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 유동성이 개선된 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 SAN 수지(b1) 및 (b2)로 이루어지는 성분 (B)는 20∼80 중량부로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 유동성이 개선된 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부 활제 및/또는 열안정제가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 유동성이 개선된 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 외부 활제는 바륨 스테아레이트, 칼슘 스테아레이트 및 마그네슘 스테아레이트로 이루어진 금속 스테아레이트계 화합물로부터 선택되고, 그리고 상기 열안정제는 2,6-디-티-부틸-4-메틸페놀 또는 2,2'-에틸렌-비스(4-메틸-6-티-부틸)-페놀의 페놀계 열안정제, 또는 디페닐 모노옥틸포스파이트의 포스파이트계 열안정제인 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 유동성이 개선된 열가소성 수지 조성물.
