Claims (2)
- 상대점도(R.V)가 3.OO~3.10이고 수분율이 0.08%이하인 나이론 6칩을 260~270℃의 온도로 용융하여, 구멍수 10~40개인 방사노즐을 통해 방사한 후, 스팀의 분사공이 수평면에 대해 10~20℃ 각도를 이루도록 천공되어 있고, 썩션된 모노머가 빨려 들어오는 썩션홀 부위에 버퍼 존이 설치되어 있으며, 짧은 길이를 갖는 후드를 통과시켜 방류사를 급냉시키고, 노즐을 빠져 나온 방류사가 변곡점에 이르는 순간에 가장 유속이 빠른 냉각 공기를 맞을 수 있도록 하는 부직포 스크린과 정류상이 설치된 냉각공기 공급부와 상기 냉각 공기가 스크린을 통해 입구가 곡면처리된 흡입장치로 유입되어 목을 통하여 외부로 배출되도록 하는 소형 모터를 장착한 흡입장치로 이뤄진 냉각장치로 사조를 충분히 냉각시킨 후, 4단계 고뎃트 로울러를 3,500m/min내외로 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 한 스핀드로우공법에 의한 나이론 태섬도사의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 었어서, 나이론 태섬도사는 210데니어 48필라멘트인 것을 특징으로 한 나이론 태섬도사의 제조방법.
