Claims (12)
- 경화성 수지 조성물에 함유된 전체 고형분의 중량을 기준으로 하여,(a) 분자당 평균 2개 이상의 카르복시 그룹, 5 내지 300mg KOH/g (고형분)의 산가 및 500 내지 8000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 아크릴계 폴리카르복시산 10 내지 70중량%;(b) 3개 이상의 히드록시 그룹을 갖는 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 산 무수물 그룹-함유 화합물과 반응시켜 수득한, 50 내지 350mg KOH/g (고형분)의 산가, 400 내지 3500의 수평균 분자량 및 1.8 이하의 중량 평균 분자량 대 수평균 분자량 비율을 갖는 폴리에스테르 폴리카르복시산 5 내지 70중량%; 및(c) 50 내지 700의 에폭시 당량 및 200 내지 10000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리에폭시드 10 내지 80중량%를 포함하는, 고형분 함량이 높은 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아크릴계 폴리카르복시산(a)이 카르복시 그룹-함유 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 5 내지 80중량%를 카르복시 그룹을 갖지 않는 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 20 내지 95중량%와 공중합시킴으로써 수득되는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아크릴계 폴리카르복시산(a)이, (i)(1) 산 무수물 그룹-함유 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 15 내지 40중량%를 (2) 산 무수물 그룹을 갖지 않는 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 60 내지 85중량%와 공중합시킴으로써 수득한 아크릴계 다중산 무수물을, (ii) 1 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 모노알코올과, 산 무수물 그룹 대 히드록시 그룹의 몰비가 1/10 내지 1/1로 되는 양으로 반응시킴으로써 수득한, 카르복시 그룹과 카르복실레이트 그룹을 갖는 아크릴계 폴리카르복시산인 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리에폭시드(c)가, (i) 하기 화학식(I)로 표시되는 구조를 갖는 히드록시 그룹-함유 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 5 내지 70중량%; (ii) 에폭시 그룹-함유 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 10 내지 60중량%; 및 (iii) 히드록시 및 에폭시 그룹을 모두 갖지 않는 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 0 내지 85중량%를 공중합시킴으로써 수득한, 히드록시 그룹 및 에폭시 그룹을 갖는 폴리에폭시드인 경화성 수지 조성물:화학식 I식중에서,R은 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹이고,X는 화학식으로 표시되는 유기 쇄(식중, Y는 2 내지 8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄 또는 분지된 알킬렌 그룹이고, m은 3 내지 7의 정수이고, q는 0 내지 4의 정수임)이거나, 또는
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리에스테르 폴리카르복시산의 모든 카르복시 그룹이 말단 카르복시 그룹인 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리에스테르 폴리올이, 4 내지 7개의 탄소원자를 갖는 락톤 화합물을 저분자량 다가 알코올에 부가하여 3 내지 16개의 탄소원자 및 3개 이상의 히드록시 그룹을 갖는 저분자량 다가 알코올의 쇄를 연장시킴으로써 수득되는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,저분자량 다가 알코올이 트리메틸올프로판, 트리메틸올에탄, 1,2,4-부탄트리올, 디트리메틸올프로판, 펜타에리트리톨 및 디펜타에리트리톨로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,락톤 화합물이 ε-카프로락톤, γ-카프로락톤, γ-발레로락톤, δ-발레로락톤 및 γ-부티로락톤으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 따른 경화성 수지 조성물을 결합제 성분으로 포함하는 투명한 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,가교된 수지 입자를 추가로 포함하는 투명한 코팅용 조성물.
- 수성 또는 용매계 코팅용 조성물을 하도 코팅되거나(undercoated) 또는 중도 코팅된(intercoated) 기판에 도포하여 베이스 코팅을 형성하는 단계;그 위에 제 9 항에 따른 투명한 코팅용 조성물을 도포하여 베이스 코팅의 경화없이 투명한 코팅을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 베이스 코팅과 투명한 코팅을 가열 및 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 코팅된 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득된 코팅된 제품.
