Claims (10)
- 메타크릴계 단량체, 연쇄이동제 및 개시제를 포함하는 하이솔리드 아크릴수지 조성물에 있어서, 상기 메타크릴계 단량체는 지방족기를 갖는 메타크릴계 단량체 50중량부 내지 80중량부, 수산기를 갖는 메타크릴계 단량체 10중량부 내지 40중량부, 고급 알킬기를 지닌 아크릴계 혹은 메타크릴계 관능성 단량체 5중량부 내지 50중량부, 금속성분이 함유된 메타크릴계 단량체 1중량부 내지 20중량부, 수산기를 포함하는 연쇄이동제 2중량부 내지 8중량부 및 개시제 3중량부 내지 9중량부로 구성되고, 실리콘 단량체 1중량부 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 하이솔리드 아크릴수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고급 알킬기를 지닌 아크릴계 혹은 메타크릴계 관능성 단량체가 아세토아세틸기를 갖는 아세토아세톡시에틸메타크릴레이트, 수산기를 갖는ε-카프로락톤아크릴레이트 단량체인 것을 특징으로하는 하이솔리드 아크릴수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 금속성분이 함유된 메타크릴계 단량체가 이소프로필 티타네이트나 테트라노말부틸 티타네이트 및 테트라키스-2-에틸헥실티타네이트 등과 같은 알킬티타네이트에 탄소수 8 내지 12인 지방산을 반응시킨 후 여기에 메타크릴산을 변성하여 자체 합성한 티타늄메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로하는 하이솔리드아크릴수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 실리콘 단량체가 에틸실리케이트, 테트라키스-2-에틸오르소실리게이트와 같이 알콕시기나 히드록시기를 지닌 실리케이트류와 메틸메톡시실란과 같은 알킬알콕시실란 화합물인 것을 특징으로하는 하이솔리드 아크릴수지 조성물.
- 지방족기를 갖는 메타크릴계 단량체 50중량부 내지 80중량부, 수산기를 갖는 메타크릴계 단량체 10중량부 내지 40중량부, 아크릴계 혹은 메타크릴계 관능성 단량체 5중량부 내지 50중량, 금속성분이 함유된 메타크릴계 단량체 1중량부 내지 20중량부, 실리콘 단량체 1중량부 내지 20중량부, 및 수산기를 포함하는 연쇄이동제 2중량부 내지 8중량부 및 개시제 3중량부 내지 9중량부를 중비점 용매에 6시간 내지 8시간 동안 적하 하면서, 110℃ 내지 150℃의 온도에서 8시간 내지 11시간 동안 중합시키는 것을 특징으로하는 하이솔리드 아크릴수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 고급 알킬기를 지닌 아크릴계 혹은 메타크릴계 관능성 단량체로 아세토아세톡시기를 갖는 아세토아세톡시에틸메타크릴레이트,ε-카프로락톤아크릴레이트 단량체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 하이솔리드 아크릴수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 금속성분이 함유된 메타크릴계 단량체로 이소프로필 티타네이트나 테트라노말부틸 티타네이트 및 테트라키스-2-에틸헥실티타네이트 등과 같은 알킬티타네이트에 탄소수 8 내지 12인 지방산을 반응시킨 후 여기에 메타크릴산을 변성하여 자체 합성한 티타늄메타크릴레이트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 하이솔리드 아크릴수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 실리콘 단량체로 에틸실리케이트, 테트라키스-2-에틸오르소실리게이트와 같이 알콕시기나 히드록시기를 지닌 실리케이트류와 메틸메톡시실란과 같은 알킬알콕시실란 화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 하이솔리드 아크릴수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 5항 내지 제 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수산기 함유 아크릴수지에 친수성 실리콘 물질을 변성중합하기 위하여 유기 티타네이트로 알킬티타네이트, 유기 주석화합물 및 알칼리 등의 촉매를 총 반응물 100중량부에 대하여 0.01중량부 내지 0.1중량부 첨가하는 것을 특징으로하는 하이솔리드 아크릴수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항의 하이솔리드 아크릴수지 조성물 60중량부 내지 90중량부와 저점도의 무황변성 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트 수지 조성물 10중량부 내지 40중량부를 포함하여 고형분 농도 60%, 점성도 16초 내지 20초(Zahn #2)를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 하이솔리드 아크릴수지 조성물을 함유하는 도료.
