Claims (2)
- 직경이 두께보다 상대적으로 큰 외형을 갖는 편평형 진동 모터에 있어서,저면에는 정류자가 형성되고, 회전 가능하게 샤프트에 지지되는 상부 기판(20)과;상기 상부 기판(20)의 상부면 일측에서 편심되게 접합되는 권선 코일(30)과;판면의 일측에는 상기 상부 기판(20)에 접합된 상기 권선 코일(30)이 통과되는 관통홀(41)이 형성되고, 타측에는 분동(50)이 접합되며, 중앙에는 베어링 홀더(60)가 일체로 결합되도록 인서트 사출에 의해 성형되면서 상기 상부 기판(20)의 상부면으로 적층되어 접합되는 커버부재(40)와;서로 접합되는 상기 상부 기판(20)과 상기 커버부재(40)의 상기 베어링 홀더(60)에 강제 끼워지는 베어링(70);으로 구비되는 편평형 진동 모터의 로터 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커버부재(40)는고비중의 재질로 이루어지는 편평형 진동 모터의 로터 어셈블리.
