Claims (18)
- 굴절율이 다른 서로 독립된 중합체층을 편평단면의 장축방향과 평행하게 교호(交互) 적층하여 이루어지는 편평(扁平) 형상의 광학 간섭성 섬유에 있어서,(a) 고굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP1) 과 저굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP2) 의 비율 (SP 비) 이 0.8 ≤ SP1/ SP2≤ 1.2 의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 기능을 갖는 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 추가로 (b) 편평단면의 외주부에는, 교호 적층체부를 형성하는 중합체 중 어느 하나의 중합체에 의해 각 중합체층의 두께보다 그 두께가 큰 보호층부가 형성되고, 이에 따라 상기 필라멘트의 반사 스펙트럼의 반치폭(半値幅) λL=1/2이 0 nm < λL=1/2< 200 nm 의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학간섭 기능을 갖는 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, SP 비가 0.8 ≤ SP1/ SP2≤ 1.1 의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 기능을 갖는 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 교호 적층체부에서의 각 중합체 층의 두께가 0.02 ∼ 0.3 ㎛ 이하이면서, 보호층부의 두께가 2 ㎛ ∼ 10 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학간섭 기능을 갖는 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 굴절율이 다른 서로 독립된 중합체층이 교호 5 층 이상 120 층 이하 적층되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 기능을 갖는 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 독립된 중합체층을 형성하는 각각의 중합체 (A 성분 및 B 성분) 가, 폴리에스테르를 형성하고 있는 전체 이염기산 성분에 대해 술폰산 금속염기를 가진 이염기산 성분을 0.3 ∼ 10 몰 % 로 공중합하고 있는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 (A 성분), 및 산가 3 이상을 갖는 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트 (B 성분) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 기능을 갖는 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 독립된 중합체층을 형성하는 각각의 중합체 (A 성분 및 B 성분) 가, 술폰산 금속염기를 갖는 이염기산 성분을 폴리에스테르를 형성하고 있는 전체 이염기산 성분당 0.3 ∼ 5 몰 % 로 공중합하고 있는 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 (A 성분) 및 지방족 폴리아미드 (B 성분) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 기능을 갖는 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 독립된 중합체층을 형성하는 각각의 중합체 (A 성분 및 B 성분) 가, 측쇄에 알킬기를 하나 이상 갖는 이염기산 성분 및/또는 글리콜 성분을공중합 성분으로 하고, 상기 공중합 성분을 전체 반복 단위당 5 ∼ 30 몰 % 공중합하고 있는 공중합 방향족 폴리에스테르 (A 성분) 및 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트 (B 성분) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 기능을 갖는 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 독립된 중합체층을 형성하는 각각의 중합체 (A 성분 및 B 성분) 가, 4,4’-히드록시 디페닐-2,2-프로판을 2 가 페놀 성분으로 하는 폴리 카보네이트 (A 성분) 및 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트 (B 성분) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 기능을 갖는 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 독립된 중합체층을 형성하는 각각의 중합체 (A 성분 및 B 성분) 가, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 (A 성분) 및 지방족 폴리아미드 (B 성분) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 기능을 갖는 섬유.
- (1) 굴절율이 다른 서로 독립된 중합체층을 편평단면의 장축방향과 평행하게 교호 적층하여 이루어지는 편평형상의 광학 간섭성 필라멘트로서, (a) 고굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP1) 과 저굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP2) 의 비율 (SP 비) 이 0.8 ≤ SP1/ SP2≤ 1.2 의 범위에 있는 광학 간섭성 필라멘트를 구성 단위로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 얀이고,(2) 구성 필라멘트의 편평율이 4.0 ∼ 15.0 의 범위이며,(3) 멀티 필라멘트 얀의 연신도가 10 ∼ 50 % 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 기능을 갖는 멀티 필라멘트 얀.
- 굴절율이 다른 서로 독립된 중합체층을 편평단면의 장축방향과 평행하게 교호 적층하여 이루어지는 편평형상의 광학 간섭성 필라멘트로서, (a) 고굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP1) 과 저굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP2) 의 비율 (SP 비) 이 0.8 ≤ SP1/ SP2≤ 1.2 의 범위에 있는 광학 간섭성 필라멘트를 구성단위로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 얀으로서, 상기 광학 간섭성 필라멘트가 그 길이방향을 따라, 및/또는 필라멘트 사이에서 이색(異色) 발색성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 이색의 광학 간섭 기능을 갖는 멀티 필라멘트 얀.
- 굴절율이 다른 서로 독립된 중합체층을 편평단면의 장축방향과 평행하게 교호 적층하여 이루어지는 편평형상의 광학 간섭성 필라멘트로서, (a) 고굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP1) 과 저굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP2) 의 비율 (SP 비) 이 0.8 ≤ SP1/ SP2≤ 1.2 의 범위에 있는 편평형상의 광학 간섭성 필라멘트를 구성단위로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 얀으로서, 상기 필라멘트에는 그 길이방향을 따라 축꼬임이 부여되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 기능이 개선된 멀티 필라멘트 얀.
- 굴절율이 다른 서로 독립된 중합체층을 편평단면의 장축방향과 평행하게 교호 적층하여 이루어지는 편평형상의 광학 간섭성 필라멘트로서, (a) 고굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP1) 과 저굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP2) 의 비율 (SP 비) 이 0.8 ≤ SP1/ SP2≤ 1.2 의 범위에 있는 편평형상의 광학 간섭성 모노 필라멘트를 구성단위로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 얀을 경사 및/또는 위사의 부유 성분으로 하여 그 부유 개수가 2 개 이상인 부유 조직을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 기능을 갖는 부유 직물.
- 굴절율이 다른 서로 독립된 중합체층을 편평단면의 장축방향과 평행하게 교호 적층하여 이루어지는 편평형상의 광학 간섭성 필라멘트로서, (a) 고굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP1) 과 저굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP2) 의 비율 (SP 비) 이 0.8 ≤ SP1/ SP2≤ 1.2 의 범위에 있는 광학 간섭성 필라멘트를 구성단위로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 얀을 자수사로 하여 기포(基布) 에 자수한 자수 직물로서, 상기 기포와 직교하는 방향에서의 자수사의 구성 필라멘트의 중첩 개수가 2 ∼ 80 개인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 기능을 갖는 자수 직물.
- 고수축성 얀과 저수축성 얀으로 이루어지는 복합사에 있어서, 저수축성 얀은 굴절율이 다른 서로 독립된 중합체층을 편평단면의 장축방향과 평행하게 교호 적층하여 이루어지는 편평형상의 광학 간섭성 필라멘트로서, (a) 고굴절율측 중합체의용해도 파라미터값 (SP1) 과 저굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP2) 의 비율 (SP 비) 이 0.8 ≤ SP1/ SP2≤ 1.2 의 범위에 있는 광학 간섭성 필라멘트로 주로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합사.
- 굴절율이 다른 서로 독립된 중합체층을 편평단면의 장축방향과 평행하게 교호 적층하여 이루어지는 편평형상의 광학 간섭성 필라멘트로서, (a) 고굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP1) 과 저굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP2) 의 비율 (SP 비) 이 0.8 ≤ SP1/ SP2≤ 1.2 의 범위에 있는 편평형상의 광학 간섭성 필라멘트가, 그 장축방향을 따라 간격적으로 축이 꼬인 상태로 랜덤하게 집적되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이광휘성(異光輝性) 부직포.
- 굴절율이 다른 서로 독립된 중합체층을 편평단면의 장축방향과 평행하게 교호 적층하여 이루어지는 편평형상의 광학 간섭성 필라멘트로서, (a) 고굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP1) 과 저굴절율측 중합체의 용해도 파라미터값 (SP2) 의 비율 (SP 비) 이 0.7 ≤ SP1/ SP2≤ 1.2 의 범위에 있는 편평형상의 광학 간섭성 필라멘트를 함유하는 섬유 구조물에, 상기 광학 간섭성 필라멘트를 구성하는 중합체 중 가장 높은 굴절율을 갖는 중합체의 굴절율보다도 낮은 굴절율을 갖는 중합체의 피막을, 적어도 상기 광학 간섭성 필라멘트 표면에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 광학 간섭 기능을 갖는 섬유 구조물.
