- 기관에서 발생된 동력을 전달받고 출력축에 인가되는 부하 상태에 대응함과 아울러 임펠러, 터어빈 및 스테이터를 포함하여 구성된 변속조정시스템에 동력을 전달하고 출력축의 부하상태에 대응하는 회전비로 조정하도록 출력캐리어와 입력 선기어 및 조정선기어를 포함하는 변속시스템을 구비하는 무단변속장치에 있어서, 상기 출력캐리어축(124)과 일체인 전·후진연결기어(212)와,상기 전·후진연결기어(212)와 소요의 거리를 두고 출력캐리어축(124)과 일체로 구성된 싱크로나이저콘(214)과,상기 전·후진연결기어(212)와 치합하면서 후진전달고정축(222)상에 회전가능하게 설치된 제1후진전달기어(216)와,상기 제1후진전달기어(216)와 일체로 형성된 후진전달축(218)과,상기 후진전달축(218)과 일체로 형성되면서 후진전달고정축(222)상에 회전가능하게 설치된 제2후진전달기어(220)와,상기 제2후진전달기어(220)와 치합하면서 후진아이들기어축(226)상에 회전가능하게 설치된 후진아이들기어(224)와,상기 후진아이들기어(224)와 치합하면서 출력축(126)상에 회전가능하게 설치된 후진기어(228)와,상기 후진기어(228)와 일체로 형성되면서 출력축(126)상에 회전가능하게 설치된 싱크로나이저콘(230)과,상기 싱크로나이저콘(214,230)사이에 위치하면서 출력축(126)과 일체인 클러치허브(232)와,상기 클러치허브(232)외측에 설치된 슬리브(234)와,상기 클러치허브(232)의 양측에 위치하면서 싱크로나이저콘(214,230)상에서 회전이 자유로운 싱크로나이저링(236,238)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속장치.
