Claims (4)
- 밀폐 케이싱(1) 내에, 고정 스크롤(3)과 가동 스크롤(7)과를 가지는 압축요소(CF)와, 상기 압축요소(CF)의 가동 스크롤(7)을 구동하는 구동축(4)을 가지는 모터(M)와를 배치한 고압 돔형 압축기에 있어서,상기 가동 스크롤(7)과 상기 구동축(4)에, 상기 압축요소(CF)의 압축실(15)에서 압축된 압축가스를 상기 밀폐 케이싱(1) 내로 토출하는 토출가스 통로(74)(42)를 형성함과 함께, 상기 구동축(4)에 상기 밀폐 케이싱(1)의 저부의 기름탱크(14)로부터 빨아 올려진 기름을 위한 급유통로(43)를 상기 토출가스 통로(42)와는 구획하여 형성하여서,구동축(4)의 토출가스 통로(42) 내의 가스와 구동축(4)의 급유통로(43) 내의 기름은 반대방향으로 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 돔형 압축기.
- 밀폐 케이싱(1) 내에, 고정 스크롤(3)과 가동 스크롤(7)과를 가지는 압축요소(CF)와, 상기 압축요소(CF)의 가동 스크롤(7)을 구동하는 구동축(4)을 가지는 모터(M)와를 배치한 고압 돔형 압축기에 있어서,상기 가동 스크롤(7)과 상기 구동축(4)에, 상기 압축요소(CF)의 압축실(15)에서 압축된 압축가스를 상기 밀폐 케이싱(1) 내로 토출하는 토출가스 통로(74)(42)를 형성함과 함께, 상기 구동축(4)에 상기 밀폐 케이싱(1)의 저부의 기름탱크(14)로부터 빨아 올려진 기름을 위한 급유통로(43)를 상기 토출가스통로(42)와는 구획하여 형성하고 있고,상기 구동축(4)의 토출가스 통로(42)를, 상기 구동축(4)의 축심에 대하여, 이 구동축(4)에 의해 구동되는 가동 스크롤(7)의 편심 방향으로 편심하여 설치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 돔형 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,토출관(11)을 압축요소(CF)와 모터(M)와의 사이에 형성하는 제1공간(61)에 개구하고, 상기 구동축(4)의 토출가스 통로(42)를 모터(M)의 반 압축요소측에 형성하는 제2공간(62)에 개방하고 있는 고압 돔형 압축기.
- 밀폐 케이싱(1) 내에, 고정 스크롤(3)과 가동 스크롤(7)과를 가지는 압축요소(CF)와, 상기 압축요소(CF)의 가동 스크롤(7)을 구동하는 구동축(4)을 가지는 모터(M)와를 배치한 고압 돔형 압축기에 있어서,상기 가동 스크롤(7)과 상기 구동축(4)에, 상기 압축요소(CF)의 압축실(15)에서 압축된 압축가스를 상기 밀폐 케이싱(1) 내로 토출하는 토출가스 통로(74)(42)를 형성함과 함께, 상기 구동축(4)에 상기 밀폐 케이싱(1)의 저부의 기름탱크(14)로부터 빨아 올려진 기름을 위한 급유통로(43)를 상기 토출가스 통로(42)와는 구획하여 형성하고 있고,토출관(11)을 압축요소(CF)와 모터(M)와의 사이에 형성하는 제1공간(61)에 개구하고, 상기 구동축(4)의 토출가스 통로(42)를 모터(M)의 반 압축요소측에 형성하는 제2공간(62)에 개방하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 돔형 압축기.
