Claims (9)
- 도장영역에 설치된 도장작업기와, 상기 도장작업기에 설치되고 에어모터에 의하여 고속회전함으로써 도료를 무화하는 회전무화헤드를 가지는 도장기를 구비하고,상기 도장기의 회전무화헤드를 벨형 또는 통형을 한 무화헤드 본체와, 그 무화헤드 본체의 앞면쪽에 설치되고 중심부에 용제 유출구멍을 가짐과 함께 주변부에 도료를 유출하는 도료 유출구멍을 가지며 그 무화헤드 본체와의 사이에 도료고임부를 획성하는 허브부재에 의하여 구성하여 이루어지고, 상기 도료작업기에 의하여 도장기를 피도장물에 대하여 상대적으로 이동시키면서 그 도장기로부터 도료를 분무함으로써 도장작업을 행하게 하는 자동도장방법으로서,상기 도장작업기와 도장기에 의한 도장작업을 정지한 후에, 상기 회전무화헤드의 앞면과 세정유체를 공급하는 세정노즐을 상대적으로 근접하여 그 세정유체를 상기 회전무화헤드의 허브부재의 앞면 중심부에 공급하고, 그 세정유체를 용제 유출구멍으로부터 도료고임부로 유입시킨 후 도료 유출구멍으로부터 유출시킴으로써 상기 회전무화헤드를 세정하는 무화헤드 세정공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동도장방법.

- 도장영역에 설치된 도장작업기와; 상기 도장작업기에 설치되고, 에어모터에 의하여 고속회전함으로써 도료를 무화하는 회전무화헤드를 가지는 도장기로 이루어지는 자동도장장치에 있어서,상기 도장기의 회전무화헤드를 벨형 또는 통형을 한 무화헤드 본체와; 상기 무화헤드 본체의 앞면측에 설치되고, 중심부에 용제 유출구멍을 가짐과 함께 주변부에 도료를 유출하는 도료 유출구멍을 가지고, 상기 무화헤드 본체와의 사이에 도료 고임부를 구획형성하는 허브부재에 의하여 구성하고,상기 도장기의 가까이에는 세정유체를 상기 회전무화헤드의 허브부재의 앞면 중심부에 공급함으로써, 상기 세정유체를 용제 유출구멍으로부터 도료 고임부로 유입하여 도료 유출구멍으로부터 유출시키는 세정노즐을 구비한 무화헤드용 세정기를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동도장장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 무화헤드용 세정기는 상기 도장작업기와는 별개로 설치되는 구성으로 하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동도장장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 무화헤드용 세정기는 상기 도장영역내에 설치되고, 폐액을 회수하는 폐액 회수용기와 그 폐액 회수용기내에 설치된 상기 세정노즐에 의하여 구성되고, 그 세정노즐은 세정유체를 공급하는 세정유체원에 접속하며, 상기 폐액 회수용기는 폐액탱크에 접속하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동도장장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 무화헤드용 세정기는 상기 도장작업기에 일체로 설치되는 구성으로 하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동도장장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 무화헤드용 세정기는 상기 도장작업기의 근방에 위치하고, 상기 도장영역내에 설치되어 폐액을 회수하는 폐액 회수용기와 그 폐액 회수용기내에 설치된 상기 세정노즐에 의하여 구성되며, 그 세정노즐은 세정유체를 공급하는 세정유체원에 접속하고, 그 폐액 회수용기는 폐액탱크에 접속하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동도장장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 폐액 회수용기는 도장작업기에 대하여 접근, 이간가능하게 설치되여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동도장장치.
- 도장영역에 설치된 도장작업기와, 상기 도장작업기에 설치되고 에어모터에 의하여 고속회전함으로써 도료를 무화하는 회전무화헤드를 가지는 도장기로 이루어지는 자동도장장치에 있어서,상기 도장기의 회전무화헤드를 벨형 또는 통형을 한 무화헤드 본체와, 그 무화헤드 본체의 앞면쪽에 설치되고 중심부에 용제 유출구멍을 가짐과 함께 주변부에 도료를 유출하는 도료 유출구멍을 가지며, 그 무화헤드 본체와의 사이에 도료고임부를 획성하는 허브부재에 의하여 구성되며,상기 도장기의 근처에는 세정유체를 상기 회전무화헤드의 허브부재의 앞면 중심부에 공급함으로써 그 세정유체를 용제 유출구멍으로부터 도료고임부로 유입하여 도료 유출구멍으로부터 유출시키는 세정노즐을 구비한 무화헤드용 세정기를 상기 회전무화헤드와 상대적으로 접근, 이간가능하게 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동도장장치.
