Claims (17)
- 디코드해야 할 데이터가 기록된 데이터영역과, 이 데이터영역의 기록데이터를 재생하기 위해 필요한 관리데이터를 갖는 기록매체에 있어서,상기 데이터 영역에는,제어데이터로서의 네비게이션팩도 포함하고,또 복수의 장면의 영상신호가 각각 복수의 인터리브유닛으로 분할배분되고, 또한 각 장면의 인터리브유닛이 기록트랙상에 혼재하여 배열된 인터리브블록부를 형성하고 있으며,상기 네비게이션팩은 상기 각각의 인터리브유닛내의 선두에 포함되어 있으며, 이 네비게이션팩은 각 장면의 해당 인터리브유닛이 혼재하고 있는 것의 정보 및 각 장면을 위한 다음의 점프처인 다음의 인터리브유닛의 어드레스 및 다음의 인터리브유닛의 사이즈가 기술되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 장면의 인터리브유닛에 있어서, 동일한 장면의 복수의 인터리브유닛의 영상정보는 각각 재생했을 때의 재생시간이 대략 동등해지도록 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 장면의 인터리브유닛에 있어서, 동일한 장면의 복수의 인터리브유닛의 영상정보는 각각 부호량이 서로 대략 동등해지도록 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 장면은 각각의 인터리브유닛수가 같아지도록 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인터리브유닛은 비디오정보, 상기 비디오정보에 대응한 복수의 음성정보 및 복수의 부영상정보도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 네비게이션팩에는 상기 영상신호에 동기해야 할 다른 오디오정보의 어드레스, 부영상정보의 어드레스도 기술되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 인터리브유닛이 시분할다중된 상태는 단위거리당 분할수가 많은 가지장면의 인터리브유닛의 비율이 많아지도록 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 장면의 인터리브유닛이 시분할다중된 상태는 제 1 내지 제 n의 장면의 인터리브유닛이 차례로 반복배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 연속하는 인터리브유닛은 에러정정코드에 의해 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인터리브유닛에 포함되는 최초의 영상정보의 프레임은 프레임상관을 이용하지 않는 압축영상정보의 프레임인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
- 디코드해야 할 데이터가 기록된 데이터영역과, 이 데이터영역의 기록데이터를 재생하기 위해 필요한 제어데이터를 기록한 기록매체에 있어서,상기 데이터영역에는 영상프로그램이며, 기록트랙상에 임의로 선택 가능한 복수의 가지장면이 존재하는 멀티장면프로그램이 기록되고,상기 멀티장면프로그램의 기록부에 있어서는 상기 복수의 가지장면을 각각 m개의 인터리브유닛으로 분할하고, 상기의 각 가지장면의 인터리브유닛을 트랙상에 물리적으로 혼합배열하는 경우,1개의 인터리브유닛은 소정의 영상재생시간에 상당하는 것이며, 또한 상기 인터리브유닛은 적어도 영상데이터출 압축하여 패킷화한 복수의 영상패킷과 음성데이터를 패킷화한 복수의 음성패킷을 혼합배열한 구조로 하고,부호량이 적은 순서로 상기 복수의 가지장면을 B0, B1, B2,…, Bi,… 로 하고,또한 상기 Bi(임의)의 부호량을 Vi(임의), 상기 재생장치의 판독레이트를 Rr, 상기 재생장치가 가지장면을 영상재생하는 단위시간당의 최대재생레이트를 Pr, 단위시간당에 점프할 수 있는 부호량을 Jp, 최단가지장면(B0)의 시분할다중된 인터리브유닛간에 들어가는 다른 가지장면의 인터리브유닛수를 M-1 으로 하면,최단가지장면(BO)의 인터리브유닛간의 점프시간(TJP)은최단가지장면(BO)의 단위인터리브유닛의 최단재생시간(Tp)은최단가지장면(BO)의 단위인터리브유닛의 판독시간(Tr)은이며, 재생시간보다도 다음 인터리브유닛까지 점프하는 점프시간이 작다는 Tp-Tr>TJP의 조건을 붙이면(i는 가기장면의 가지번호, M은 가지장면수)를 얻을 수 있고, 이 식 (1)을 기초로 하여 분할수인 상기 m이 설정되어 있으며,상기 인터리브유닛내의 선두에는 상기 제어데이터로서 네비게이션팩을 포함시키고, 이 네비게이션팩에는 상기 인터리브유닛이 혼합배열되어 있는 것의 정보 및 상기 점프가 실시될 때의 다음의 갈 곳인 차인터리브유닛의 각 어드레스 및 각 사이즈가 기술되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록방법,
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 식 (1)을 만족하는 상기 m이 존재하지 않는 경우에는 줄기장면의 일부를 상기 각 가지장면에 덧붙여서 수정된 복수의 가지장면을 작성하고, 이 수정된 복수의 가지장면을 앞의 B0, B1, B2, …, Bi, …로 하고, 앞의 식 (1)을 만족하는 새로운 m을 얻도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록방법.
- 영상프로그램이고, 기록트랙상에 임의로 선택 가능한 복수의 장면이 존재하는 멀티장면프로그램이 기록되어 있으며, 그 기록상태는 상기 복수의 장면이 각각 복수의 인터리브유닛으로 분할되어 있고, 1개의 인터리브유닛은 소정의 영상재생시간에 상당하는 것이며, 또 각 장면의 인터리브유닛이 시분할다중되고, 또한 연속재생해야 할 인터리브유닛은 소정 부호량의 거리내에 배치된 형태로 기록되어 있으며,또한 상기 인터리브유닛의 선두에는 제어데이터를 포함하는 네비게이션팩이 포함되어 있으며, 상기 네비게이션팩에는 상기 인터리브유닛이 혼합배열되어 있는 것의 정보 및 다음의 갈 곳인 다음 인터리브유닛의 각 어드레스 및 각 사이즈가 기술되어 있는 정보기록매체의 정보를 재생하는 장치이며,상기 네비게이션팩에 포함되는 다음의 인터리브유닛의 상기 어드레스를 참조하여 상기 소정 부호량의 거리를 점프하는 데 요하는 시간이 Ts, 단위시간당의 데이터판독부호량이 Rr, 단위시간당의 영상재생에 대하여 소화하는 최대부호량이 Pr 인 재생장치를 갖고,상기 Ts와, 상기 재생장치가 1개의 인터리브유닛을 디코더로 디코드하여 영상재생출력을 얻는 시간(Tc)은인 관계로 되도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
- 디코드해야 할 데이터가 기록된 데이터영역과, 이 데이터영역의 기록데이터를 재생하기 위해 필요한 제어데이터를 기록한 관리영역을 갖는 기록매체를 재생하는 재생장치이며,상기 데이터영역에는 영상프로그램이고, 기록트랙상에 임의로 선택 가능한 복수의 가지장면이 존재하는 멀티장면프로그램이 기록되어 있으며, 그 기록상태는 상기 복수의 가지장면이 각각 동수의 인터리브유닛으로 분할되고, 각 가지장면의 인터리브유닛이 시분할다중되며, 또한 연속재생해야 할 2개의 인터리브유닛의 사이는 소정 부호량의 거리 이내로 되는 형태로 기록되어 있으며, 상기 인터리브유닛은 복수의 섹터의 집합이고, 복수의 섹터가 에러정정코드블록을 구성하며,또 1개의 인터리브유닛은 소정의 영상재생시간에 상당하는 것이며, 또한 상기 인터리브유닛은 적어도 영상데이터를 압축하여 패킷화한 복수의 영상패킷과 음성데이터를 패킷화한 복수의 음성패킷을 혼합배열하고, 또한 선두에는 제어데이터로서의 네비게이션팩을 가진 구조이며,또 상기 네비게이션팩에는 상기 인터리브유닛이 혼합배열되어 있는 것의 정보 및 다음의 갈 곳인 차인터리브유닛의 각 어드레스 및 각 사이즈가 기술되어 있는 정보기록매체의 정보를 재생하는 장치이며,상기 네비게이션팩의 상기 어드레스를 참조하여 상기 기록매체로부터 판독한 정보의 상기 ECC블록에 대해서 에러정정처리를 실시하는 에러정정처리부(202)와, 상기 에러정정처리부의 출력이 공급되는 트랙버퍼(220)와, 상기 트랙버퍼로부터의 출력이 공급되어 디코드를 실시하는 디코더(206)의 경로에서 처리되는 경우,상기 인터리브유닛의 사이즈(ILVU_SZ 단위를 섹터로 한다)와, 상기 트랙버퍼에 상기 에러정정처리부로부터 공급되는 데이터의 전송레이트(Vr Mbps)와, 상기 트랙버퍼로부터 상기 디코더에 공급되는 데이터의 전송레이트(Vo Mbps)와, 픽업이 트랙을 시크하는 시간과 그를 위해 부수해 있는 필요한 시간(latency time)을 포함하는 점프시간(Tj sec)과, 1개의 ECC블록의 데이터사이즈(b비트)의 관계는,c는 1섹터의 데이터사이즈(비트)인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 트랙버퍼의 사이즈(Bm)는Bm은 트랙버퍼의 사이즈,Tk는 킥백시간(디스크의 1회전시간 상당),Te는 IECC블록(섹터)의 판독시간,Tj는 점프시간이며,트랙시크타임 (tj)+latency time( =Tk),MAX Vo는 인터리브유닛(ILVU)의 최대판독레이트,Bm ≥ {(2Tk+Tj +4Te)×MAX_Vo×106}/(2048×8)Bm의 단위는 섹터, Tk, tj, Te의 각각의 단위는 [sec]이며,MAX_Vo의 단위는 [Mbps]로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 가지장면은 동일대상을 다른 각도에서 촬상한 멀티앵글장면인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,조작입력에 응답하여 재생장면을 상기 복수의 가지장면 중 어느 쪽인가 하나의 가지장면으로 이행시키는 전환수단을 추가로 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
