Description
Claims (6)
- 외연부분에 틀체가 일체성형된 완성품으로서의 글라스용기의 내부 중공부를 형성하기 위한 볼록부를 갖는 상형과, 상기 글라스용기의 외부형상을 형성하기 위한 캐비티를 갖고 상기 상형에 대향 배치된 하형을 사용하여, 상기 글라스기판을 상기 하형으로부터 뜨게한 상태로 지지하여 가스버너에 의해 글라스의 연화온도 이상으로 가열하고, 상기 글라스기판의 연화온도보다 낮은 온도로 가열되는 상기 상형 또는 하형을 이동하여 상기 글라스기판을 프레스가공하여, 상기 글라스용기를 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 글라스기판은 상기 하형에 진퇴 가능하게 가압된 지지핀에 의하여 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상형 및 하형은 열팽창계수가 작은 금속 또는 세라믹으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 글라스기판의 상기 하형과 대향하는 면에는, 샌드블라스트 또는 SiN 코트에 의한 이형 처리가 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상형 및 하형의 상기 글라스기판과 대향하는 면에 이형재를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스용기의 제조방법.
- 외연부분에 틀체가 일체성형된 완성품으로서의 글라스용기의 내부 중공부를 형성하기 위한 볼록부를 갖는 상형과,상기 상형의 하방에 대향 배치되고, 상기 글라스용기의 외부형상을 형성하기 위한 캐비티를 갖는 하형과,상기 하형에 진퇴가능하게 가압되어 설치되고, 그 하형으로부터 소정량 뜨게하여 글라스기판을 지지하는 기판지지 기구와,상기 하형으로부터 소정량 뜨게한 글라스기판을 글라스기판의 연화온도 이상으로 가열하는 가스버너와,상기 상형 또는 하형을 승강 이동시키는 직동기구와,상기 상형, 하형을 상기 글라스기판의 연화온도보다 낮은 온도로 가열하는 가열수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스성형용기의 제조장치.
