Claims (12)
- 로봇(5)의 작업 영역에 위치하는 지지부(2) 상에서 열가소성 폴리머로 제조된 교정 프로파일(3)을 압출하는 방법에서, 상기 폴리머는 압출기(17)에서 용융되며, 로봇(5)에 의해 안내되는 가열 압출 헤드(6)까지 고압 가열 호스(22)에 의해 전달되어, 지지부(2) 상에 위치되는, 프로파일 압출 방법에 있어서,상기 폴리머의 전달로부터 압출에 이르는 동안, 압출 다이(9)나 또는 출구 오리피스(28)로 재료를 유동시키기 위해 3-방 밸브(30,32)를 통과하며, 상기 3-방 밸브가 절환되는 동안 상기 압출 다이(9) 및 출구 오리피스(28)와 접속된 입구 채널(26)이 밸브를 통해 일정한 체적 유동비로 유지되도록 하는 공간(또는, 채널)(60,68)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로파일 압출 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방출된 용융 재료는 압출기에서 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로파일 압출 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 방출된 용융 재료는 펌프(37) 및 파이프 라인(35)에 의해 압출기 내로 재공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로파일 압출 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방출된 용융 재료는 냉각 및 펠릿(pellet)화 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로파일 압출 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 펠릿은 재공급을 위해 압출기(17)를 위한 공급 호퍼(16)로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로파일 압출 방법.
- 용융 재료를 고압 가열 호스(22)와 입구 채널(26)을 갖는 압출 헤드와, 지지부 상에서 로봇에 의해 이동되는 압출 다이(9)로 연속으로 공급하는 압출기(17)를 구비한, 지지부(2) 상에서 열가소성 폴리머로 제조된 교정 프로파일을 압출하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 압출 헤드(6)는 용융 재료를 순환시키는 입구 채널(26)과 압출 다이(9)나 출구 오리피스(28)를 향하도록 조절하는 3-방 밸브(30)를 구비하며, 상기 3-방 밸브(30,32)에는 절환되는 동안 상기 압출 다이(9) 및 출구 오리피스(28)와 접속된 입구 채널(26)이 밸브를 통해 일정한 체적 유동비로 유지되도록 하는 공간(또는, 채널)(60,68)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로파일 압출 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 3-방 밸브(30,32)는 구형 플러그가 위치하는 내부 공간(58)보다 직경이작은 볼 형상의 구형 플러그(49)를 가지며, 상기 구형 플러그(49)와 내부 공간(58)의 벽 사이에는 공간(60)을 형성하는 것과, 상기 구형 플러그(49)는 용융 재료의 유입을 위해 작용하며 상기 플러그(49) 내부의 각진 채널(52)에 의해 연장하는 중공형 선회핀(51)에 대해 회전 이동될 수 있으며, 상기 채널(52)은 구형 플러그(49)가 오리피스(54,28)중 하나의 둘레에 밀봉부를 형성하는 환형 견부(61) 상에서 단부 위치중 하나에 위치할 때 개방되며, 상기 구형 플러그(49)가 그의 단부 위치를 이탈할 때 상기 각진 채널(52)이 다른 오리피스(28,54)와 자체 연통하는 공간(60)과 부분적으로 연통하도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로파일 압출 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 3-방 밸브(32)는 그의 축에 대해 회전하며 그 축에 대해 수직으로 관통하게 하는 원통 형상의 플러그(65)와, 구형 플러그의 단부 위치중 하나에서 용융 재료를 위한 입구 채널(26)을 상기 오리피스(54,28)중 하나에 연결하는 보어(66)를 포함하고, 한편 다른 오리피스는 플러그(65) 자체에 의해 폐쇄되어 있는 것과, 상기 원통 플러그(65)의 주변은 상기 원통 플러그(65)가 운동을 시작하자마자 용융재료를 위한 입구를 다른 출구와 연결시키기 시작하는 채널(68)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로파일 압출 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 압출 단계중 하나의 말기에, 이동 압출 헤드(6)가 용융 재료가 방출되는 커플링 부재(33)와 연통하도록 출구 오리피스(28)를 개방하도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로파일 압출 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 커플링 부재(33)는 고압 가열된 파이프 라인(35)과, 용융 재료를 압출기(17)로 복귀시키는 펌프(37)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로파일 압출 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 커플링 부재(33)는 냉각 및 펠릿화를 위한 시스템에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로파일 압출 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,공기 운반 시스템(44,45)이 상기 압출기(17)의 호퍼(16)로 상기 펠릿을 이송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로파일 압출 장치.
