Description
Claims (21)
- a) 한 쌍의 이격된 오목 측면을 가지고 완전히 관통하는 중앙개구(114)가 형성된 탄성적이고 전체적으로 원통형상의 바디(113)와,b) 상기 탄성 바디(113)가 끼워지는 장착 튜브(110)와,c) 상기 탄성 바디(113)의 상기 중앙 개구(114)내에 이동불가능하게 장착된 강성 슬리브(115)와,d) 상기 탄성 바디(113) 측면의 각각에 형성된 한 쌍의 이격된 보이드(117)를 포함하며,상기 오목 측면 각각이 상기 바디(113)의 수평 피봇 축선둘레에 있으며, 상기 바디(113)는 상기 바디의 주변 단부와 상기 측면 각각의 경계면에 형성된 에지를 가지며,상기 강성 슬리브(115)의 외측 직경은 중앙 개구(114) 직경과 동일하며, 상기 슬리브(115)는 상기 부싱(111)의 장착을 용이하게 하도록 상기 중앙 개구(114)의 전체 폭을 연장하며,상기 보이드(117)의 쌍은 상기 중앙 개구(114)의 위와 아래에서 상기 탄성 바디의 측면의 각각내에 형성되고, 상기 보이드(117)의 각각의 가상의 수직 중심은 부싱(111)이 차량 서스펜션상에 장착될 때 바디(113)를 횡방향으로 통과하는 가상의 수평면으로부터 90도 배치되어 있으며, 상기 보이드(117) 각각은 수평인 사각형상이고, 상기 탄성 바디(113)는 상기 보이드(117)와 상기 중앙 개구(114)와 달리 속이차 있으므로, 상기 부싱이 상기 수직 중심의 방향으로 보다 상기 수평면의 방향으로 보다 강한, 부싱에 있어서,상기 부싱(111)은 차량 서스펜션에 사용하기 알맞고;상기 탄성 바디(113)는 상기 튜브(110)에 대부분 채워지도록 상기 오목 측면을 부풀게 상기 장착 튜브(110)내에 장착가능하며,상기 탄성 바디의 상기 에지는 비반경중심인 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 바디는 58-71mm(2.3-2.8인치)의 폭과 159mm(6.25 인치)의 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부싱 바디(113)는 75 내지 90의 두로미터를 가진 천연고무로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부싱 바디(113)는 78 내지 88의 두로미터를 가진 천연고무로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부싱 바디(113)는 82 내지 86의 두로미터를 가진 천연고무로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 보이드(117)의 각 면적은 1240 내지 1670mm2( 1.93 내지 2.59 스퀘어 인치)인 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 보이드(117)의 각 면적은 1280 내지 1600mm2( 1.99 내지 2.48 스퀘어 인치)인 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 보이드(117)의 각 면적은 1310 내지 1530mm2( 2.04 내지 2.37 스퀘어 인치)인 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보이드(117) 각각의 전체 면적의 21 내지 35 퍼센트는 상기 슬리브(115)의 외부면에 접선으로 배치된 한 쌍의 이격 가상 수직선에 의해 형성된 영역을 넘어 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보이드(117) 각각의 전체 면적의 23 내지 31 퍼센트는 상기 슬리브(115)의 외부면에 접선으로 배치된 한 쌍의 이격 가상 수직선에 의해 형성된 영역을 넘어 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보이드(117) 각각의 전체 면적의 약 25 내지 27 퍼센트는 상기 슬리브(115)의 외부면에 접선으로 배치된 한 쌍의 이격 가상 수직선에 의해 형성된 영역을 넘어 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 오목 측면은 상기 보이드(117)의 각각의 반경방향 최내부 에지와 상기 강성 슬리브(115)사이의 오목 형상과 상기 보이드(117)의 각각의 반경 방향 최외부 에지와 상기 탄성 바디의 상기 주변 단부사이의 측방향으로 돌출하는 돌출 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 부싱 바디(113)는 75 내지 90의 두로미터를 가진 천연고무로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 부싱 바디(113)는 75 내지 84의 두로미터를 가진 천연고무로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 부싱 바디(113)는 75 내지 79의 두로미터를 가진 천연고무로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 보이드(117)의 각 면적은 1400 내지 1860mm2(2.17 내지 2.89 스퀘어 인치)인 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 보이드(117)의 각 면적은 1430 내지 1790mm2(2.23 내지 2.77 스퀘어 인치)인 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 보이드(117)의 각 면적은 1470 내지 1710mm2(2.29 내지 2.65 스퀘어 인치)인 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 보이드(117) 각각의 전체 면적의 약 27 내지 46 퍼센트는 상기 슬리브(115)의 외부면에 접선으로 배치된 한 쌍의 이격 가상 수직선에 의해 형성된 영역을 넘어 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 보이드(117) 각각의 전체 면적의 약 29 내지 43 퍼센트는 상기 슬리브(115)의 외부면에 접선으로 배치된 한 쌍의 이격 가상 수직선에 의해 형성된 영역을 넘어 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱.
