Claims (3)
- 입력 신호를 두 개의 제 1 신호와 제 2 신호로 분리하는 제 1 방향성 결합기,상기 제 1 방향성 결합기에서 분리된 제 1 신호에 의한 전력의 이득보상을 위한 가변감쇠기,위상을 보상하는 가변위상변위기,전력증폭기 출력에서 발생하는 왜곡성분을 감소시키기 위한 선형화기,상기 선형화기에서 출력된 신호를 증폭하는 전력증폭기,상기 전력증폭기에서 출력된 신호를 두 개의 출력신호로 분리하는 제 2 방향 성 결합기,상기 제 1 방향성 결합기에서 분리된 제 2 신호와 상기 제 2 방향성 결합기에서 출력된 출력신호를 각각 정규화 하는 제 1,2 리미터를 포함하고 정규화된 신호들과 정규화되기 이전의 신호들을 이용하여 이득 오차 및 위상 오차를 검출하는 오차신호검출부를 포함하여 구성된 전력증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 오차신호검출부는상기 제 2 신호의 크기를 정규화하는 제 1 리미터,상기 제 2 방향성 결합기에서 출력된 출력신호의 크기를 정규화하는 제 2 리미터,상기 제 1 리미터에서 정규화된 신호와 상기 제 2 신호의 이득오차를 검출하는 데 1 믹서,상기 제 2 리미터에서 정규화된 신호와 상기 출력신호의 이득오차를 검출하는 제 2 믹서,상기 제 1 믹서에서 출력된 신호와 제 2 믹서에서 출력된 신호의 위상오차를 검출하는 제 3 믹서를 포함하여 구성된 전력증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전력증폭기는상기 제 2 방향성결합기에서 출력된 출력신호의 증폭이득을 감쇠시켜 상기 증폭이득이 감쇠된 출력신호를 상기 오차신호검출기에 인가하는 감쇠기를 부가적으로 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전력증폭기.
