Claims (12)
- 압력하에 소결시켜 상호 교차된 와이어로 이루어진 금속와이어메시(2)에 결합시킨 금속섬유(5)의 부직웹(3)을 포함하는 다공성 소결적층물에 있어서, 메시접합부(4)의 영역내에서 금속섬유부직웹의 다공성이 이들 접합부간 메시개구부의 중심(6)에서의 다공성의 최대 40 %임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 소결적층물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다공성이 최대 25 %임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 소결적층물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 다공성 비율이 15 % 미만임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 소결적층물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속섬유(5)는 뚜렷한 불규칙 부분이나 가는 홈(10)을 갖는 고르지 못한 표면을 지님을 특징으로 하는 다공성 소결적층물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속섬유(5)는 메시접합부(4)의 영역내에서 다소 평평한 횡단면을 지님을 특징으로 하는 다공성 소결적층물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속섬유는 3×10-6내지 1.8×10-2㎟의 횡단면적을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 다공성 소결적층물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 횡단면적이 1.2× 10-5내지 3×10-3㎟ 임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 소결적층물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 횡단면적은 5×10-5 내지 7.5×10-4 ㎟임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 소결적층물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 메시접합부(4) 영역내의 메시와이어가 웹에서 떨어져 있는 외부면 상에 평평한 영역(8)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 다공성 소결적층물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 메시(2)의 와이어가 재결정화 되지 않은 구조를 보임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 소결적층물.
- 제 1 항에 따른 다공성 소결적층물의 제조방법에 있어서, 금속와이어 메시(2)와 그 상부에 놓인 금속성유부직웹(11)을 상이한 전위의 회전압착롤러(14, 15) 사이로 연속적으로 통과시켜 ; 롤러와의 접촉부분(16)에서 적층물 단면으로 전류가 흐르게 함으로써 부직웹의 섬유(5)사이 및 부직웹의 섬유와 메시(2)사이를 소결시킴을 특징으로 하는 다공성 소결적층물 제조방법.
- 제 1 항의 다공성 소결적층물로 이루어진 여과재.
