Claims (4)
- 적어도 게이트절연막을 개재하여 매트릭스상으로 구성되는 게이트버스라인 및 데이터버스라인과, 상기 게이트버스라인 및 데이터버스라인의 인가전압에 의하여 구동되는 스위칭소자와, 상기 스위칭소자의 출력단자와 접촉되는 화소전극과를 구비하는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 데이터버스라인이 형성되는 층에 그 데이터버스라인과 동일물질로 이루어짐과 아울러, 상기 데이터버스라인의 양 단부와 이격되어 평행하게 형성되는 장방형의 차광막을 구비하고, 상기 장방형의 차광막과 상기 화소전극은 적어도 1층 이상의 보호막을 개재하여 중첩되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 장방형의 차광막과 상기 데이터버스라인은 반도체에 의하여 저항연결되는 구조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 적어도 게이트절연막을 개재하여 매트릭스상으로 구성되는 게이트버스라인 및 데이터버스라인과, 상기 게이트버스라인 및 데이터버스라인의 인가전압에 의하여 구동되는 스위칭소자와, 상기 스위칭소자의 출력단자와 접촉되는 화소전극과를구비하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 게이트버스라인 위에 상기 게이트절연막을 형성하는 공정,상기 게이트절연막 위에 상기 데이터버스라인 및 그 데이터버스라인과 동일물질로 이루어지는 장방형의 차광막을 형성하되 상기 장방형의 차광막은 상기 데이터버스라인의 양 단부와 이격하여 평행하게 형성하는 공정과,상기 장방형의 차광막과 상기 화소전극은 적어도 1층 이상의 보호막을 개재하여 중첩되도록 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차광막과 상기 데이터버스라인 사이는 반도체 저항막에 의하여 연결되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
