Claims (7)
- 하나의 고정플라텐(4)에 설치된 하나의 고정다이(14) 및 하나의 이동플라텐(8)에 설치된 하나의 이동다이(11)를 가지며 상기 고정다이(14)와 이동다이(11)가 하나의 분리선 위에서 만나 닫히는 냉가압실 다이캐스팅 기계(1)와; 하나의 개방된 상향 경사 주탕슬리브(29), 하나의 주탕플런저(28), 상기 주탕플런저(28)를 전진 및 후진시키는 수단, 그리고 상기 주탕플런저(28)의 전진 및 후진의 정도를 제어하는 수단을 포함하여 구성되는 충만충전 주탕유니트(2);로 구성되고; 그 상단부가 상기 분리선에 또는 그에 가깝게 위치하도록 상기 주탕슬리브(29)가 고정되는 하나의 상향 경사 원통형 통로(34)를 가지는 하나의 주탕유니트 리시버(33)가 상기 고정다이(14) 내에 설치되고, 주입할 용융금속의 용적에 상응하는 공간을 상기 주탕슬리브(29)의 상단에 마련하기 위해 상기 주탕플런저(28)를 상기 주탕슬리브(29) 내에서 후퇴시키며, 상기 다이(11,14)들을 닫기에 앞서 상기 주탕슬리브(29)를 가득히 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 냉가압실 다이캐스팅 기계(1)의 충만충전 주탕유니트(2).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주탕유니트(2)의 주탕플런저(28)의 전진에 앞서서 상기 이동다이(11)가 상기 고정다이(14)와 상기 주탕유니트 리시버(33)에 다가가서 폐쇄하는, 냉가압실 다이 캐스팅 기계(1)의 충만충전 주탕유니트(2).
- 제1항에 있어서, 주탕플런저(28)의 상단부가 하나의 상향 및 외향 연장면을 가지는, 냉가압실 다이 캐스팅 기계(1)의 충만충전 주탕유니트(2).
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉가압실 다이캐스팅 기계(1)가 주탕유니트 지지수단(20,21,22,23)을 포함하고, 주탕플런저(28)를 주탕슬리브(29) 내에서 전진 및 후진시키는 수단이 하나의 피스톤(25), 하나의 피스톤로드(26), 하나의 피스톤로드·주탕플런저 연결링크(27)로 구성되는, 냉가압실 다이 캐스팅 기계(1)의 충만충전 주탕유니트(2).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정다이(14)가 냉각된 돌출선단부(35)를 가지는, 냉가압실 다이 캐스팅 기계(1)의 충만충전 주량유니트(2).
- 제1항에 있어서, 다이들이 닫힐 때 이동다이와 고정다이(11,14)의 사이의 분리선을 건너질러 뻗어 있는 냉각된 돌출선단부(37)를 이동다이(11)가 구비한, 냉가압실 다이 캐스팅 기계(1)의 충만충전 주탕유니트(2).
- 하나의 고정플라텐(4)에 고정되는 하나의 고정다이(14)와, 분리선 위에서 상기 고정다이(14)와 만나는 하나의 이동다이(11)와, 상기 고정다이(14) 내에 위치하며, 분리선 위에 또는 그에 가깝게 그 상단부가 위치하는 하나의 충만충전 주탕슬리브(29)와, 상기 주탕슬리브(29)의 정상 부분내의 공간의 용적이 다음 주조작업에 필요한 용융금속의 양에 상응하도록 상기 주탕슬리브(29) 내의 상기 주탕플런저(28)의 바닥위치를 제어하기 위한 하나의 주탕피스톤(25)을 가지며, 상기 주탕플런저(28)가 용융금속을 받아들이거나 그로부터 방출하기에 적합하게 된 것에 있어서, 분리선 위의 주탕슬리브(29)의 충분히 상단부까지 용융금속으로 가득히 채우기 위해 상기 이동다이를 충분한 거리만큼 개방하는 단계와, 상기 고정다이(14)에 상기 이동다이(11)를 폐쇄하는 단계와, 용융금속을 상기 다이들(11,14)에게 주입하기 위해 상기 피스톤(25)과 주탕플런저(28)를 동작시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는, 냉가압실 다이 캐스팅 기계의 주탕방법.
