Claims (5)
- 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌을 가공성형한 후 즉시 0 ~ 5℃로 급냉시키고 방사선을 조사함으로써 내마모성을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌의 가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방사선은 감마선 또는 전자선을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌의 가공방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 감마선조사량은 200 ~ 350 KGy, 전자선조사량은 100 ~ 150 KGy로 함을 특징으로 하는 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌의 가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방사선 조사는 질소충진이나 진공상태에서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌의 가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌은 인공관절의 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌의 가공방법.
