Claims (23)
- 선택된 형태의 목질섬유로 구성된 셀룰로오즈 펄프로서, 10% 이상의 연목질 섬유를 함유하고, 섬유 표면적 증가분이 0.085 ㎟ 미만이여, 평균 섬유길이에 관련된 섬유 거칠기가 하기식으로 표현되는 셀룰로우즈 펄프 :C < (L)0.3+ 0.3(여기에서, C 는 10 m의 섬유 길이당 ㎎ 단위의 평균 섬유 중량으로 측정된 섬유 거칠기이고, L은 ㎜ 단위의 평균 섬유 길이이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 목질섬유가 약 0.70 ㎜ 내지 약 1.1 ㎜의 평균 섬유길이를 갖는 셀룰로오즈 펄프.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 목질섬유가 약 0.75 ㎜ 내지 약 0.95 ㎜의 평균 섬유길이를 갖는 셀룰로오즈 펄프.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 20% 이상의 연목질 섬유를 함유하는 셀룰로오즈 펄프.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 20 내지 40% 의 연목질 섬유를 함유하는 셀룰로오즈 펄프.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 재생목재섬유를 함유하는 셀룰로오즈 펄프.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 재생판지섬유를 함유하는 셀룰로오즈 펄프.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 셀룰로오즈 펄프의 섬유중량중 약 5 중량% 미만인 리그닌 함량을 가지는 화학펄프를 함유하는 셀룰로오즈 펄프.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 재생목재섬유를 함유하는 셀룰로오즈 펄프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 셀룰로오즈 펄프로부터 제조된 제지.
- 밀도가 약 0.15 g/㎤ 미만이고, 기본 중량이 약 16.3 g/㎡ 내지 약 35.9 g/㎡인, 제 2 항의 셀룰로오즈 펄프로부터 제조된 제지.
- 밀도가 약 0.15 g/㎤ 미만이고, 기본 중량이 약 16.3 g/㎡ 내지 약 35.9 g/㎡인, 제 6 항의 셀룰로오즈 펄프로부터 제조된 제지.
- 하기 단계로 구성된, 선택된 형태의 셀룰로오즈 펄프의 제조 방법 :목질펄프 섬유를 함유하는 수성 슬러리를 제공하는 단계 ;길이분류단계 및 원심분리단계중 하나를 포함하는 제 1 분류단계를 제공하는 단계 ;슬러리의 적어도 일부가 제 1 분류단계로 들어가는 주입류를 형성하도록 하는 단계 ;제 1 분류단계로 들어가는 주입류를 처리하여 제 1 분류단계의 수용류를 제공하는 단계 ;길이분류단계 및 원심분리단계중 또 다른 하나를 포함하는 제 2 분류 단계를 제공하는 단계 ;제 1 분류단계로부터 나온 수용류의 적어도 일부가 제 2 분류단계로 들어가는 주입류를 제공하는 단계 ;제 2 분류단계로 들어가는 주입류를 처리하여 제 2 분류단계의 수용류를 제공하는 단계 ;길이분류단계로 들어가는 주입류를 처리하여 길이분류단계의 분출류의 평균섬유길이 보다 적어도 20% 작은 평균섬유길이를 갖는 길이분류단계 수용류를 제공하는 단계 ; 및 원심분리단계로 들어가는 주입류를 처리하여 원심분리단계의 분출류중의 섬유의 정규섬유거칠기보다 적어도 3% 작은 정규섬유거칠기를 갖는 섬유를 포함하는 원심분리단계 수용류를 제공하는 단계.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 원심분리단계로 들어가는 주입류를 처리하여 원심분리단계의 분출류중의 섬유의 정규섬유거칠기보다 적어도 10% 작은 정규섬유거칠기를 갖는 섬유를 포함하는 원심분리단계 수용류를 제공하는 단계를 함유하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 제 1 분류단계가 길이분류단계로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 제 1 분류단계가 원심분리단계로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 기계적 펄프섬유를 함유하는 수성 슬러리를 제공하는 것을 함유하는 방법
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 재생화학펄프섬유로 된 수성 슬러리를 제공하는 것을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 재생 연목질 및 경목질 화학펄프섬유로된 수성 슬러리를 제공하는 것을 함유하는 방법으로서, 슬러리의 섬유 중량중 약 30% 내지 약 70%가 연목질 섬유로 구성되는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 연목질과 경목질 섬유로된 수성 슬러리를 제공하는 것, 및 제 1 분류단계와 제 2 분류단계의 수성 슬러리의 최소한 일부를 처리하여 제 2 분류단계의 수용류 섬유중량의 10% 이상이 연목질 섬유로 구성되는 제 2 분류단계의 수용류를 제공하는 공정을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 길이분류단계로 들어가는 주입류를 처리하여, 길이분류단계의 용출류의 평균섬유기이보다 적어도 30% 작은 평균섬유길이를 가지는 길이분류단계의 수용류를 제공하는 공정을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 길이분류단계의 수용류의 섬유중량이 길이분류단계로 들어가는 주입류의 섬유 중량의 30% 내지 70%인 길이분류 단계로 들어가는 주입류를 처리하는 공정을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 원심분리단계의 수용류의 섬유중량이 원심분리단계로 들어가는 주입류의 섬유 중량의 30% 내지 70%인 원심분리 단계의 수용류를 형성하는 단계를 함유하는 방법.
