Claims (10)
- 프레임과, 프레임에 회전 가능하게 지지되며, 외측 타이어와 내측 타이어와 각각 결합되는 한쌍의 프론트 휠과, 프레임에 의해 지지되며 프레임에 대해 선회가능한 리어 액슬과, 상기 리어 액슬상에 회전 가능하게 장착된 한 쌍의 리어 휠과, 운반 하중 상태에 따라 리어 액슬의 선회 운동을 선택적으로 허용 및 제한 하기 위한 제한 장치와, 차량의 중심(center of gravity)을 검출하기 위한 검출장치를 구비하는 화물을 운반하기 위한 산업 차량에 있어서, 상기 제한 장치는 중심이 소정 영역 범위내에 위치될 때 리어 액슬의 선회 운동을 허용하는 산업 차량.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소정 영역은 프론트 타이어가 지면과 접촉하는 지점의 후방에서 내측 타이어들 사이에 형성되는 산업 차량.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 소정 영역은 내측 타이어가 지면과 접촉하는 지점 과, 리어 휠이 지면과 접촉하는 지점에 의해 형성되는 직사각형 영역내에 형성되는 산업 차량.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 차량은 리어 휠의 접촉점사이에 위치되는 후방 중심점과, 내측 타이어의 접촉 점 사이에 위치되는 전방 중심점을 통하여 연장되는 중심점을 가지며, 상기 차량은 후방 중심점과, 외측 타이어가 지면과 접촉하는 지점 사이에 형성되는 삼각형 영역을 가지며, 상기 중심선은 중심선으로부터 상기 삼각형 영역의 외측 경계까지 제 1 거리와, 중심선으로부터 직사각형 영역의 외측 경계까지의 제 2 거리에 의해 형성되는 소정의 안정 점을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 거리는 서로 동일하며, 상기 소정 안정 영역은 상기 소정의 안정 점의 전방에 위치되는 산업 차량.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 산업 차량은 포크리프트를 포함하며, 상기 포크리프트는 화물을 상승시키기 위한 포크와, 상기 포크를 상승 및 하강시키기 위한 마스트를 가지며, 상기 마스트는 경사가능한 산업 차량.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 검출장치는, 화물의 상승량을 검출하기 위한 상승량 센서와, 화물의 중량을 검출하기 위한 중량 센서와, 마스트의 기울어짐을 검출하기위한 마스트 각도 센서를 포함하며, 상기 검출장치는 상승량, 화물의 중량, 마스트의 경사에 기초로 하여서 차량의 중심을 평가하는 산업 차량.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제한 장치는, 리어 액슬을 프레임에 연결하며, 유압 오일에 의해 압력에 따라서 팽창 및 신축함으로써 리어 액슬의 선회 운동을 허용하는 실린더와, 상기 실린더에 오일을 공급하기 위한 도관과, 상기 도관을 선택적으로 개방 및 패쇄하기 위해 도관에 연결되는 제어 밸브와, 상기 제어 밸브를 제어하기 위한 제어 유닛을 구비하며, 상기 도관으로부터 실린더로의 오일의 공급은 도관이 개방될 때 허용되며, 상기 도관이 폐쇄될 때 상기 오일 공급은 정지되는 산업 차량.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 차량의 속도를 검출하기 위한 속도 센서와, 리어 휠의 휠 각도를 검출하기 위한 휠 각도 센서와, 차량에 적용되는 측방향 가속도와, 상기 차량 속도 및 휠 각도를 기초로 하여서 요잉 비의 변화율을 계산하기 위한 작동 유닛을 또한 구비하는 산업 차량.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 차량은 제어 유닛을 가지며, 상기 제어 유닛은 측방향 가속도가 소정의 기준값 보다 큰지 여부를 결정하며, 요잉 비 변화율이 소정의 기준값 보다 큰지 여부를 결정하며, 중심이 소정 영역 범위내에 있는지 여부를 결정하며, 중심이 소정 영역 범위내에 있는 것을 제어 유닛이 결정할 때에, 상기 제어 유닛은 측방향 가속도 및 비 변화율에 대한 결정 결과에 근거하여 리어 액슬의 선회 운동을 제한하기 위한 제한 장치를 제어하는 산업 차량.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 유닛은 중심이 소정 영역내에 있지 않은 것을 결정할 때에, 제어 유닛은 마스트 각도가 소정의 기준값 보다 큰지를 결정하며, 또한 하중 중량이 소정의 기준 값 보다 큰지 여부를 결정하며, 그리고 상기 제어 유닛은 측방향 가속도, 요잉 비 변화율, 마스트 각도 및 하물 중량에 대한 결정 결과에 근거하여서 리어 액슬의 선회 운동을 제한하기 위한 제한 장치를 제어하는 산업 차량.
