Claims (11)
- 평균입자 크기가 0.01 내지 10㎛인 무기 미세 분말을 5 내지 40중량% 함유하고 융점(DSC 곡선의 피크온도)이 130 내지 210℃인 올레핀 중합체의 이축 연신 필름을 기저 물질층(A)으로서 포함하며, 평균 입자 크기가 0.01 내지 5㎛인 무기 미세 분말을 8 내지 65중량% 함유하고 융점(DSC 곡선의 피크 온도)이 기저 물질층(A)의 올레핀 중합체의 융점보다 5℃ 이상 낮은 120 내지 160℃인 프로필렌계 중합체 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하고 표면 조도(surface roughness)가 0.3 내지 1.5㎛인 일축 연신층(B)이 기저 물질층의 하나 이상의 표면에 접착되어 있는 다층 구조를 갖고, 일출 연신층(B)에 함유된 무기 미세 분말의 표면이 프로필렌계 중합체 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 도포되어 있는 합성지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기저 물질층(A)의 올레핀 중합체가, 융점이 160 내지 174℃이고 용융 지수가 0.5 내지 10g/10min이며 결정화도가 35 내지 70%인 합성지.기저 물질층의 두께는 20 내지 200㎛, 바람직하게는 30 내지 150㎛이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일축 연신층(B)의 프로필렌계 공중합체가 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체인 합성지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일축 연신층(B)의 두께가 2 내지 60㎛이고, 기저 물질층의 두께가 20 내지 200㎛인 합성지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기저 물질층(A)이, 공극율이 5 내지 55%인 미세 기공을 갖는 합성지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기저 물질층(A) 속의 무기 미세 분말이 10 내지 35중량%의 양으로 존재하고 무기 미세 분말의 평균 입자 크기가 0.05 내지 8㎛인 합성지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면층(B) 속의 무기 미세 분말이 15 내지 55중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 무기 미세 분말의 평균 입자 크기가 0.05 내지 3㎛인 합성지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기 미세 분말을 8 내지 55중량% 함유하는 프로필렌계 수지의 일축 연신층(C)을 추가로 포함하고, 일축 연신층(C)가 기저 물질층(A)와 일층 연신층(B) 사이에 존재하는 합성지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기저 물질층(A)가 프로필렌계 공중합체, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌 또는 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체인 합성지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일축 연신층(B)의 표면 광택이 20% 미만인 합성지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일축 연신층(B)의 표면 평활도가 500sec 미만인 합성지.
