Claims (8)
- 베이스, 도전층, 보호층이 순차적으로 적층되어 이루어진 캐리어(carrier)와;이 캐리어의 어느 일면에 배치되어 상기 도전층에 전기적으로 연결되는 적어도 하나 이상의 대규모 집적 회로(LSI)와;상기 캐리어의 어느 일면에 배치되어 상기 도전층에 전기적으로 연결되는 복수의 에스엠디(SMD)를 포함하고,상기 캐리어가 디스플레이 장치의 패널과 전기적으로 연결되는 리드부, 상기 캐리어가 신축적으로 굽어지도록 하는 적어도 하나 이상의 가요 밴딩부 및 상기 도전층이 외부로 노출되어 형성된 단자부를 갖는 전자 부품 실장 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 대규모 집적 회로와 에스엠디가 상기 캐리어의 동일면에 배치되는 전자 부품 실장 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베이스가 폴리 이미드로 이루어진 전자 부품 실장 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도전층이 구리 패턴층에 주석이 피복되어 이루어진 전자 부품 실장 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호층이 레지스트로 이루어진 전자 부품 실장 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 대규모 집적회로가 상기 도전층에 플립 칩(flip chip) 방식으로 연결되는 전자 부품 실장 구조.
- 소정의 문자나 영상이 표시되는 패널과;이 패널의 외부에서 이 패널에 전기적으로 연결되는 캐리어(carrier)와;이 캐리어의 어느 일면에 배치되어 상기 도전층에 전기적으로 연결되는 적어도 하나 이상의 대규모 집적회로(LSI)와;상기 캐리어의 어느 일면에 배치되어 상기 도전층에 전기적으로 연결되는 복수의 에스엠디(SMD)를 포함하고,상기 캐리어가 베이스, 도전층, 보호층이 순차적으로 적층되어 이루어지며, 상기 패널과 전기적으로 연결되는 리드부, 상기 캐리어가 신축적으로 굽어지도록 하는 적어도 하나 이상의 가요 밴딩부 및 상기 도전층이 외부로 노출되어 형성된 단자부를 갖는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 패널이 액정 표시장치로 이루어진 디스플레이 장치.
