Claims (29)
- 유체용 혼합탱크와, 혼합탱크를 2개 이상의 챔버로 분할하는 분할 수단과, 유체를 한 챔버의 하방으로 순환시킨 다음, 다른 챔버의 상방으로 순환시키기 위해 챔버 중 한 챔버에 배치되는 제 1 펌프수단과, 유체의 측류를 에어레이트하고 에어레이트된 유체를 혼합탱크내의 순환유체와 혼합시키기 위해 혼합탱크로 에어레이트된 유체를 도입하는 에어레이터 어셈블리를 구비하며, 상기 에어레이터 어셈블리는 (a) 에어레이터 입구와, (b) 에어레이터 출구와, (c) 유체에 감압부분을 형성하도록 에어레이터 입구 및 에어레이터 출구에 개재되고, 이를 통과하는 유체 흐름방향에 대하여 횡단면상으로 긴 압축부와, (d) 유체를 에어레이트하도록 기체를 압축부로 도입하는 수단을 갖는 벤투리 에어레이터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어레이터는 혼합탱크의 상부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기체를 상기 압축부로 도입하는 수단은 상기 압축부의 벽의 제트 또는 구멍 어레이, 또는 다공막으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제트 또는 구멍 어레이 및 다공막은 대체로 압축부의 주변에 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에어레이터 어셈블리는 상기 혼합탱크에서 에어레이터를 통해 유체의 측류를 순환시키는 제2펌프수단을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에어레이터 어셈블리는 상기 혼합탱크의 측벽에 인접하게 배치된 에어레이터 어셈블리 입구를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 펌프수단은 에어레이터 어셈블리 입구에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에어레이터 어셈블리는 병행하게 배열된 다수의 에어레이터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 에어레이터 어셈블리는 기체를 상기 압축부로 도입하기 위한 수단으로 기체를 운반하도록 에어레이터의 인접 압축부 사이에 배치되는 기체운방채널을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 에어레이터는 환상 어레이로 병행하게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 에어레이터의 입구는 에어레이터에 공통인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분할수단은 혼합탱크를 내부챔버와 외부챔버로 분할하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 펌프수단은 상기 내부챔버의 상부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 펌프수단은 축류 임펠러로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 임펠러는 유체를 내부챔버에서 하방으로 외부챔버에서 상방으로 순환시키도록 작동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 기체를 유체로 도입하는 리액터.
- 감소된 유체압력 부분을 통과하는 유체의 흐름방향에 대하여 횡단면상으로 긴 감소된 유체압력 부분을 형성하는 단계와, 유체를 에어레이트하도록 감소된 유체압력 부분의 유체로 기체를 도입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체로 유체를 에어레이트하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, (a) 병행하게 배열되고 각각 감소된 유체압력의 한 부분을 형성하는 다수의 벤투리 에어레이터, 및 (b) 기체를 감소된 유체압력 부분에 운반하기 위해 벤투리 에어레이터 사이에 배치된 다수의 기체 운반채널을 구비하는 에어레이터 어셈블리를 통해 유체를 펌프하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체로 유체를 에어레이트하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 벤투리 에어레이터는 환상 어레이로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체로 유체를 에어레이트하는 방법.
- 제16항 내지 18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 감소된 유체압력 부분을 통해 수직으로 흐르도록 유체를 조절하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체로 유체를 에어레이트하는 방법.
- 제16항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유체는 침출액이고, 상기 기체는 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체로 유체를 에어레이트하는 방법.
- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 상기 침출액 유량에 대한 공기 유량의 체적비는 0.1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체로 유체를 에어레이트하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 침출액 유량에 대한 공기 유량의 체적비는 0.2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체로 유체를 에어레이트하는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 침출액 유량에 대한 공기 유량의 체적비는 0.3 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체로 유체를 에어레이트하는 방법.

- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 상기 감소된 유체압력 부분을 통과하는 침출액의 선속도는 1~10㎧의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체로 유체를 에어레이트하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 감소된 유체압력 부분을 통과하는 침출액의 선속도는 1~5㎧의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체로 유체를 에어레이트하는 방법.
