Claims (7)
- 압축 비디오 신호의 트랜스포트 패킷 중 식별 가능한 패킷이 인코딩 시스템 클록의 모듈로 K(K 는 양의 정수) 펄스를 카운트하도록 배열된 카운터로부터 주기적으로 획득되는 카운트 값을 포함하는 프로그램 클록 기준을 갖는 상기 트랜스포트 패킷에서 발생하는 압축된 신호를 처리하고, 상기 트랜스포트 패킷에 의해 유도되는 증가 지연 및 상기 압축된 비디오 신호로 다중화되는 사전 압축된 신호 데이타의 프로그램 클록 기준 중 하나에 관련되는 차동 카운트 값을 포함하는 압축 비디오 신호 수신 시스템의 적어도 일부분을 동기화하는 장치에 있어서,상기 카운트 값 및 차동 카운트 값을 갖는 트랜스포트 패킷을 포함하는 상기 트랜스포트 패킷의 소스와;제어 신호(E)에 응답하고 수신기 시스템 클록을 제공하는 제어 발진기(37)와;상기 수신기 시스템 클록 모듈로 K 의 펄스를 카운트하도록 배열되는 수신기 카운터(36)와;상기 카운트 값을 포함하는 트랜스포트 패킷의 발생에 응답하고 상기 수신기 카운터에 의해 출력되는 카운트 값을 저장하기 위한 수단(31, 35)과;상기 트랜스포트 패킷으로부터 카운트 값 및 차동 카운트 값을 복원하고, 상기 수신기 카운터에 의해 출력되어 연속적으로 저장된 카운트 값과 상기 트랜스포트 패킷으로부터 해당되는 상기 카운트 값 및 차동 카운트 값에 응답하여 상기 제어 발진기를 제어하는 상기 제어 신호(E)를 생성(38, 39)하기 위한 수단(32)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 신호(E)를 생성하기 위한 수단은,상기 카운트 값 및 차동 카운트 값을 결합하여 보정된 카운트 값을 형성하는 수단과;상기 제어 신호(E)를 계산하기 위한 수단을 포함하며, 제어 신호(E)는 E = f(|CPCRn- CPCRn-1| - |RCVn- RCVn-1|) 에 비례하는데, 여기서 CPCRn및 CPCRn-1은 연속 보정된 카운트 값들이고 RCVn및 RCVn-1은 상기 수신기 클록부에 의해 출력되어 저장된 해당 카운트 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 동기화 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카운트 값 및 차동 카운트 값을 결합하기 위한 수단은 가산기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식별 가능한 트랜스포트 패킷은 각각의 트랜스포트 패킷이 상기 카운트 값을 포함하는지의 여부를 식별하는 헤더 데이타를 포함하고, 상기 카운트 값을 갖는 트랜스포트 패킷의 발생에 응답하는 상기 수단은 상기 헤더 데이타를 검출하기 위한 매칭된 필터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트랜스포트 패킷으로부터 카운트 값 및 차동 카운트 값을 복원하기 위한 수단은,각 트랜스포트 패킷의 헤더 데이타에 응답하여 타이밍 신호를 발생하기 위한 제어기와;상기 타이밍 신호와 상기 트랜스포트 패킷에 응답하여, 일정 위치에서 발생하는 상기 트랜스포트 패킷의 데이타를 선택적으로 통과시키기 위한 디멀티플렉서와;상기 디멀티플렉서에 의해 선택적으로 통과된 데이타를 저장하기 위한 메모리 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 신호(E)를 저역 통과 필터링하기 위한 장치를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식별 가능한 트랜스포트 패킷은 각각의 트랜스포트 패킷이 상기 카운트 값을 포함하는지의 여부를 식별하는 헤더 데이타를 포함하고, 상기 카운트 값을 갖는 트랜스포트 패킷의 발생에 응답하는 수단은 상기 헤더 데이타를 검출하기 위한 매칭된 필터를 포함하고;상기 트랜스포트 패킷으로부터 카운트 값 및 차동 카운트 값을 회복하기 위한 상기 수단은 각 트랜스포트 패킷의 헤더 데이타에 응답하여 타이밍 신호를 발생하기 위한 제어기와;상기 타이밍 신호와 상기 트랜스포트 패킷에 응답하여 상기 트랜스포트 패킷의 일정 위치에서 발생하는 상기 트랜스포트 패킷의 데이타를 선택적으로 통과시키기 위한 디멀티플렉서와;상기 디멀티플렉서에 의해 선택적으로 통과된 데이타를 저장하기 위한 메모리 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기화 장치.
