Claims (10)
- 사고전류를 차단하기 위한 한 쌍의 진공인터럽용 전극구조체에 있어서, 상호 접촉하여 통전되는 접점부재와, 전원과 부하측에 각각 접속되어 통전되는 전극봉부재와, 이 전극봉부재에 연결되어 있고 각 전극봉부재에 대해 반경방향으로 전류를 나누어 흘리기 위한 복수의 반경방향 통전부 및 이들 반경방향 통전부의 각 끝부분에서 전류를 원주의 양방향으로 회전시키기 위한 원주방향 통전부를 가지는 코일전극부재와, 상기 접점부재와 상기한 코일전극부재의 각 원주방향 통전부 중간부위를 통전되게 연결하는 접속핀부재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공인터럽터용 전극구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 접점부재가 상기한 복수의 반경방향 통전부들 각 사이에 대응하여 전류를 반경방향으로 흘리기 위해 반경방향으로 구획된 통전로를 가지며, 상기한 접속핀부재가 그 접점부재의 통전로의 바깥쪽 끝부분에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공인터럽터용 전극구조체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 접점부재의 통전로가 와전류 경로를 차단하도록 형성되는 슬릿에 의하여 구획된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공인터럽터용 전극구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 상기한 접점부재가 상기한 접속핀부재를 끼워 연결하기 위한 핀홈을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공인터럽터용 전극구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 접점부재의 중심부에 아크방전을 방지하기 위한 요홈부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공인터럽터용 전극구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한 쌍으로 대향하는 상기한 코일전극의 고정측과 가동측이 상기한 반경방향 통전부와 원주방향 통전부를 회전하여 흐르는 전류가 일치된 방향의 종자계를 형성하도록 상호 회전방향으로 엇갈리게 대향하여 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공인터럽터용 전극구조체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 코일전극부재가 90°간격으로 형성된 4개의 반경방향 통전부를 가지며, 그 고정측과 가동측이 40°에서 50°사이의 각도로 회전된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공인터럽터용 전극구조체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 코일전극부재가 120°간격으로 형성된 3개의 반경방향 통전부를 가지며, 그 일측과 타측이 50°에서 70°사이의 각도로 회전된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공인터럽터용 전극구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 코일전극부재가 상기한 접속핀부재를 끼워 연결하기 위한 핀구멍을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공인터럽터용 전극구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 접점부재와 상기한 코일전극부재 사이를 절연하기 위한 접점지지판부재가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공인터럽터용 전극구조체.
