Claims (6)
- 레이저 다이오드의 광출력을 제어해서 매체에 기록 데이터를 기록하는 방법에 있어서:(a) 기록과 재생 영역을 구분해주는 기록 영역 제어신호에 따라 상기 기록 영역에 기록할 데이터를 멀티채널의 기록 파형으로서 구성하여 각 채널의 전류 흐름을 제어하는 각 채널의 전류 제어신호를 발생하는 단계; 및(b) 기록모드시 입력되는 각 채널의 구동레벨을 상기 각 채널의 전류 제어신호에 대응하는 시간만큼 전류로 변환한 후 고주파 변조하여 고주파 변조된 각 채널의 구동 전류를 상기 레이저 다이오드에 인가하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광기록 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멀티채널로 구성된 기록 파형은 기록, 소거 및 재생으로 구성된 3채널의 기록 파형인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 제어 방법.
- 레이저 다이오드의 광출력을 제어하여 매체에 기록 데이터를 기록하는 장치에 있어서:기록과 재생 영역을 구분해주는 기록 영역 제어신호에 따라 상기 기록 영역에 기록할 데이터를 멀티채널의 기록 파형으로서 구성하여 각 채널의 전류 흐름을 제어하는 각 채널의 전류 제어신호를 발생하는 기록 파형 제어회로; 및입력되는 각 채널의 구동레벨을 상기 각 채널의 전류 제어신호에 대응하는 시간만큼 전류로 변환한 후 고주파 변조하여 고주파 변조된 각 채널의 구동 전류를 상기 레이저 다이오드에 인가하는 전류 구동 회로를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광기록 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전류 구동 회로에는 기록 모드와 재생 모드에서 항상 액티브 상태의 고주파 변조 제어신호가 인입됨을 특징으로 하는 광기록 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 각 채널의 구동 레벨을 미세 조정하되, 각 채널의 구동 레벨을 미리 설정된 값으로 제어하는 전류 가변 회로를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광기록 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 멀티채널로 구성된 기록 파형은 기록, 소거 및 재생으로 구성된 3채널의 기록 파형인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 제어 장치.
