Claims (7)
- 3원색인 적, 녹, 청색의 각각의 색소막을 갖고, 상기 각 색소를 형성하는 유기안료의 1차입자의 평균입경이 20-200nm의 범위에 있고 입경분포가 ±35nm 이내이고, 컬러필터로 사용할 때 투영용 고휘도광원을 이용하여 10만럭스 이상의 조도 및 표면온도 50℃ 이상의 조건에서 100시간이상 노출조사했을 때의 색차이가 5 이내인 유기안료를 사용한 컬러필터에 있어서, 적색(R)색소로서 색색인 안료번호(C.I.P.) 적(Red)168 단독이나 적117 단독 혹은 적168과 황(Yellow)110의 혼합계 안료나 적177과 황110의 혼합계 안료를 사용하고, 또한 녹색색소는 녹(Green)7 및 녹36 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종과 황110의 혼합계 안료를 사용하며, 또한 청색색소는 청(Blue)15:3, 15:4 및 15:6 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종과 자(Violet)23의 혼합계 안료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러필터.
- 3원색인 적, 녹, 청색의 각각의 색소막을 갖고, 상기의 녹색의 색소막은 파장 485nm의 투과율(T485) 대 파장 610nm의 투과율(T610)의 비율(T485/T610)이 3.5 이하이고 또한 색소막의 최대투과율(TMAX)이 60% 이상이며 또한 최대투과율의 파장(λmax)은 540nm 내지 550nm인 컬러필터에 있어서, 적색(R)색소로서 색색인 안료번호(C.I.P.) 적(Red)168 단독이나 적117 단독 혹은 적168과 황(Yellow)110의 혼합계 안료나 적177과 황110의 혼합계 안료를 사용하고, 또한 녹색색소는 녹(Green)7 및 녹36 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종과 황110의 혼합계 안료를 사용하며, 또한 청색색소는 청(Blue)15:3, 15:4 및 15:6 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종과 자(Violet)23의 혼합계 안료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러필터.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 유기안료 중에서 적색이나 녹색 또는 이들 양쪽 색의 조정에 사용하는 황색안료로서 색색인(ColorIndex) 안료번호 황(Yellow)110을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러필터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유기안료 중에서 적어도 녹색의 색조정에 사용하는 안료로서 색색인 안료번호 황110 및 안료번호 녹(Green)36을 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러필터.
- 페로센(ferrocene) 유도체로 된 계면활성제를 사용하여 적, 녹 및 청색의 안료 각각을 수성매체 중에 분산시켜 각각의 분산액을 조제하고, 이들 중 어느 하나의 분산액 속에 절연성 기판상에 투명도전성 박막을 가진 컬러필터 제조용 기판을 침지시킨 후 통전처리(electrify)하여 기판의 전극에 색소막을 형성하고, 다시 나머지 2가지 분산액에 대해서도 동일한 처리를 반복하여 적, 녹 및 청색의 3원색 색소막을 상기의 기판에 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 2항에 기재된 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 페로센 유도체로 된 계면활성제와 유기안료 및 지지염을 수성매체 속에 혼합하여 얻은 혼합액에 출력 50W 이상의 초음파분산기로 1ℓ당 0.5시간 이상 초음파를 조사하여 분산시킨 후 4000×g 이상의 원심력을 이용하여 원심분리하고, 다시 유기안료의 1차입자의 평균입경을 20-200nm 범위로 하고 입경분포를 ±35nm 이내가 되도록 분급처리하여 수득한 안료분산액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러필터 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 기재된 컬러필터를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정프로젝터.
