Claims (5)
- 신호발생용 착자부 및 로터를 갖춘 로터(5)와, 상기 신호발생용 착자부에 대해 소들의 갭을 두고 대향하도록 고정배치되고 상기 로터(5)의 회전에 따른 상기 신호발생용 착자부에 의한 자계의 자기변화를 검출하는 자기저항센서(1)와, 이 자기저항센서(1)의 검출결과에 의거하여 상기 로터(5)의 회전상태를 검출하는 회전검출회로를 갖는 모터(M)에 있어서, 상기 신호발생용 착자부의 주자속에 직교하는 평면의 자속밀도가 상기 자기저항센서(1)의 정격감도 보다도 커지는 자계영역이 당해 신호발생용 착자부에 의해 형성되고, 상기 자기저항센서(1)는 그 감자면(100)이 상기 평면에 대해 평행하게 되도록 상기 자계영역 내에 배치됨과 동시에 당해 자기저항센서(1)의 출력이 포화상태에 있으며, 상기 회전검출회로는 상기 자기저항센서(1)의 출력신호가 포화상태에 있는 것에 의해 발생하는 왜곡을 제거하기 위한 파형정형회로를 갖추고 있고, 상기 파형정형회로는 상기 자기저항센서(1)의 출력을 직선적으로 증폭하는 리니어앰프(212)와, 이 리니어앰프(212)의 출력치 중 소정의 윈드폭을 초과하는 값을 모두 소정치로 변환하는 윈드 컴퍼레이터(213)를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호발생용 착자부는 상기 로터자석의 고리모양단면으로 형성되고, 상기 특정 자계영역이 당해 신호발생용 착자부에 대해 모터쓰러스트 방향의 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자기저항센서(1)의 출력임피던스와 상기 회전검출회로의 입력임피던스는 모두 저임피던스인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 신호발생용 착자부는 상기 로터(5)를 회전구동하기 위한 구동용 착자부의 일부를 겸용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 신호발생용 착자부는 상기 로터(5)를 회전구동하기 위한 구동용 착자부의 일부를 겸용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
