Claims (2)
- 회전 주축, 상기 회전 주축에 장착된 전기자 디스크 및 상기 전기자 디스크의 축 방향에서 대향하여 위치하는 한 쌍의 베어링 요소를 구비하고, 상기 베어링 요소 각각은 한 쌍의 극편이 있는 제어코일을 구비하고, 상기 극편 각각의 상단이 상기 전기자 디스크에 가깝게 위치하고, 그리고 상기 극편에 상기 센서코일이 상기 제어코일보다 더 앞쪽에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 베어링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주축의 변위는 상기 전기자 디스크의 축 방향에 대향하여 위치하는 한 쌍의 센서코일에 의해 차등적으로 출력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 베어링 장치.
