Claims (6)
- 폴리스티렌 표준물에 대해 동일 구역으로 정규화(正規化)했을 때 구성 수지들의 분자량 분포가 50% 이상 중첩되며, 발명의 상세한 설명에서 실시예 7 뒤에 기재한 용해 속도 측정 방법으로 측정했을 때 구성 수지들의 2.38% AZ300 MIF TMAF 현상제 중에서의 용해 속도가 2.0 내지 6.0 만큼 차이나는, m-크레졸 및 3,5-크실레놀의 혼합물과 포름알데히드의 반응 생성물인 노볼락 수지를 2 종 이상 포함하는, 물에는 불용성이고 수성 알칼리에는 가용성인 막 형성용 노볼락 수지 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노볼락 수지들의 분자량 분포가 60% 내지 100% 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노볼락 수지 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노볼락 수지들의 분자량 분포가 70% 내지 95% 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노볼락 수지 혼합물.
- 폴리스티렌 표준물에 대해 동일 구역으로 정규화했을 때 구성 수지들의 분자량 분포가 50% 이상 중첩되며, 발명의 상세한 설명에서 실시예 7 뒤에 기재한 용해 속도 측정 방법으로 측정했을 때 구성 수지들의 2.38% AZ300 MIF TMAF 현상제 중에서의 용해 속도가 2.0 내지 6.0 만큼 차이가 나는, m-크레졸 및 3,5-크실레놀의 혼합물과 포름알데히드의 반응 생성물인 노볼락 수지를 2 종 이상 혼합함으로써 물에는 불용성이고 수성 알칼리에는 가용성인 막 형성용 노볼락 수지 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
