Claims (6)
- 염화아연, 염화니켈 및 염화칼륨을 주체로 하는 도금액에 비이온성 계면활성제로서 분자량 400-800의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 0.01-1.0g/ℓ 함유하고, 고립전자대를 갖는 화합물로서 니코틴산, 요소, 티오요소, 니코틴아미드, 티오글리콜산 및 티오황산나트륨중 적어도 1종류 또는 2종류 이상의 조합을 0.001-1.0g/ℓ 함유함을 특징으로 하는 전기아연-니켈 합금 도금액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 계면활성제로서 분자량 400-800의 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 0.1-1.0g/ℓ 사용하고, 상기 고립전자대를 갖는 화합물로서 니코틴산, 요소, 티오요소, 니코틴아미드, 티오글리콜산 및 티오황산나트륨 중 적어도 1종류 또는 2종류 이상의 조합을 0.01-1.0g/ℓ 사용함을 특징으로 하는 전기아연-니켈 합금 도금액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 계면활성제로서 분자량 400-800의 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 0.01-0.2g/ℓ 사용하고, 상기 고립전자대를 갖는 화합물로서 티오요소, 티오글리콜산 및 티오황산나트륨중 적어도 1종류 또는 2종류 이상의 조합을 0.001-0.02g/ℓ 사용함을 특징으로 하는 전기아연-니켈 합금 도금액.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 도금액이 추가로 탄소간 이중결합을 갖는 유기화합물로서 푸말산, 푸말산나트륨, 푸말산디나트륨, 말레인산, 말레인산나트륨, 말레인산디나트륨 및 알릴설폰산나트륨중 적어도 1종류 또는 2종류 이상의 조합을 0.01-1.0g/ℓ 함유함을 특징으로 하는 전기아연-니켈 합금 도금액.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 정의된 도금액을 사용하여 도금온도 40-70℃, 전류밀도 50-150A/dm2로 강판을 전기아연-니켈 합금 도금함을 특징으로 하는 전기아연-니켈 합금도금 강판의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 정의된 도금액을 사용하여 도금온도 40-70℃, 전류밀도 50-150A/dm2로 강판을 전기아연-니켈 합금 도금함을 특징으로 하는 전기아연-니켈 합금도금 강판의 제조방법.
