Claims (9)
- 모터(30)의 회전운동을 직선운동으로 전환시키기 위한 전동액츄에이터에 있어서,직선형상을 하고 있고 수직방향으로 뻗어있는 구동력 전달축(36);상기 직선운동의 작용에 따라 상기 수직방향으로 변위가능한 변위부재(48);슬라이드 테이블(54)의 한쪽 끝에서 상기 변위부재(48)에 연결된 슬라이드 테이블(54);상기 슬라이드 테이블(54)에 부착되고 상기 슬라이드 테이블과 함께 변위가능하고 상기 슬라이드 테이블(54)을 따라 상기 슬라이드 테이블의 한쪽 끝으로부터 다른쪽 끝으로 뻗어있고 상기 구동력 전달축(36)에 평행하게 배치된 레일부재(56);구멍(14)이 형성되어 있고 상기 구멍(14)의 내측에 상기 구동력 전달축(36)이 수용되어 있는 액츄에이터 본체(12);상기 레일부재(56)가 적어도 하나의 안내부재(60a,60b)를 따라 미끄럼이동가능 하고, 상기 액츄에이터 본체(12)의 한 끝에 고착되는 적어도 하나의 안내부재(60a,60b);상기 구동력 전달축(36)의 회전운동을 상기 직선운동으로 전환시키기 위한 전환수단(42);상기 구동력 전달축(36)을 둘러싸기 위하여 상기 전환수단(42)상에 제공되고 실린더부재의 한쪽 끝에서 상기 변위부재(48)에 고착되는 실린더 부재(46); 및상기 구동력 전달축(36)을 그 축선방향에서 지지하기 위한 베어링(24a,24b)으로 구성되어 있으며,상기 안내부재(60a,60b)와 상기 레일부재(56)는 상기 모터(30)의 회전에 의해서 발생될 수 있는 상기 변위부재의 회전을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구동력 전달축은 이송스크류(36)을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 전환수단은 상기 이송스크류(36)와 결합되는 이송너트(42)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 변위부재(48)와 상기 슬라이드 테이블(54)은 알루미늄 또는 합성수지로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 변위부재(48)에는 상기 변위부재(48)와 일체로 된 슬라이드 테이블이 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 변위부재(48)와 상기 슬라이드 테이블(54)은 알루미늄 또는 합성수지로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구동력전달축(36)은 상기 모터(30)의 회전축(32)과 일체로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링은 앵귤러컨택트볼베어링(24a, 24b)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실린더부재(46)은 알루미늄 또는 합성수지로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터본체(12)는 알루미늄 또는 합성수지로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터.
