- 음식료품 저장용 금속캔을 제조하는데 사용되는 금속판에 적층되는 폴리에스테르 필름에 있어서,테레프탈산 80 ~ 95몰%와 이소프탈산 및 프탈산 중의 어느 하나 이상이 20 ~ 5몰%로 이루어진 산성분과 탄소수 2 ~ 8인 지방족 글리콜로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 글리콜 성분이 축합중합된 것으로서 고유점도가 0.62 - 0.68㎗/g이고 상압, 138℃의 자일렌에서 48시간 동안 끓였을 때 올리고머의 추출량이 1.0% 이하인 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어진 제1 필름층; 및상기 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지중에 평균입경이 0.01 ~ 5.0㎛인 미립자를 0.01 ~ 0.5중량% 분산함유시켜서 이루어져 있으며 상기 제1 필름층의 어느 일면에 형성된 제2 필름층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 굴절율은 상기 필름의 임의의 한 점에서 임의의 어느 한 방향에 있어서 1.61 ~ 1.66이며, 또한 상기 필름의 임의의 어느 한지점에서 임의의 서로 다른 두 방향으로의 굴절율의 차이가 0 ~ 0.02인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 음식료품 저장용 금속캔을 제조하는데 사용되는 금속판에 적층되는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법에 있어서,(a) 테레프탈산 80 ~ 95몰%와 이소프탈산 및 프탈산 중의 어느 하나 이상이 20 ~ 5몰%로 이루어진 산성분과 탄소수 2 ~ 8인 지방족 글리콜로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 글리콜 성분이 축합중합된 것으로서 고유점도가 0.62 ~ 0.68㎗/g이고 상압, 138℃의 자일렌에서 48시간 동안 끓였을 때 올리고머의 추출량이 1.0% 이하인 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지의 용융물을 압출하여 제1 필름층으로 하고, 이와 동시에 상기 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지중에 평균입경이 0.01 ~ 5.0㎛인 미립자를 0.01 ~ 0.5중량% 분산함유시켜 이루어진 용융물을 상기 제1 필름층의 어느 하나의 면에 적층하여 제2 필름층이 되도록 공압출하여 2층으로 이루어진 미연신필름을 제조하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 미연신필름을 75 ~ 120℃에서 제1 방향으로 2.0 - 4.0배, 100 ~ 140℃에서 상기 제1 방향과 직각을 이루는 제2 방향으로 2.0 - 4.0배 연신하고 180 ~ 230℃에서 5 ~ 10초 동안 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 굴절율은 상기 필름의 임의의 한 점에서 임의의 어느 한 방향에 있어서 1.61 ~ 1.66 이며, 또한 상기 필름의 임의의 어느 한지점에서 임의의 서로 다른 두 방향으로의 굴절율의 차이가 0 ~ 0.02인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
